GM/GM-M series of the CNC Gantry Machining Center

inherit advantages of the traditional gantry machining

center processing .The internal reinforcement structure

of each component, high rigidity, dynamic feature are co

mpletely considered into design and the cutting reuirements

of high pouer and high torque can be met .It can machine

ferrous metal, cast iron, steel and other materials.and

also meet the requirement of machining the complex parts

with multi-angles and five-surfaces and be applied in the

vessel , mold, engineering instrument , rail transportation

and other industries.

The fixed-beam and fixed-column gantry machining center

adopts a structure with a stationery gantry frame and a moving

worktable.

Ram

The ram adopts a four-guide rail form and is

arranged in a vertical plane, with high-rigidity.

The ram uses HT300 high-strength gray cast

iron, which effectively resists cutting forces and

reduces vibration.

bed frame, strengthening the overall strength

of the bed frame, increasing rigidity, and greatly
