Scopeof Applicationof JSP Maintenance-Free Sealed Intelligent Sewage Lifter:
Themaintenance-freesealed intelligent sewage liftercanbewidelyapplied toplaces inunderground facilities that require forced sewagedischarge,suchas civil air defense projects,basements,subwaystations,underground passages,toiletsand otherplaceswheresewagecannotbedischarged smoothly.The traditional method tosolve sewage inunderground facilitiesis to set upa sewage pitand thenuse a sewage pump to pump the sewage to the outdoor sewage pipe network. However,this discharge form hasmanydisadvantages.Due to the complex杂物(foreignmatters) inthesewage,evencontainingextremelydifficult-to-break substancessuchasiron wiresand bottle caps,it is difficult toavoid the sewage pump from being damaged duetoblockage,andregularcleaning isnecessary.Moreover,theodoremitted from thesewage pit not only pollutes the environment but also causes great harm to the health of the cleaning personnel.
WorkingPrincipleofMaintenance-FreeSealed IntelligentSewageLifter:
The lifteradoptsa flushing-type sealed sewagewater tankand operates ina fully sealed state.Depending on the user'swater inflow,the lifterisequipped with two tofoursetsof independentand alternate-operating sewagedischargedevices.Its workingprincipleisdescribedas follows:
(1)In the lifter:When one device is discharging sewage,other sewage discharge devicesnormally receive theuser'sdrainage,without affecting the user'snormal use. (2)First,the solid substances in the sewage are filtered through a "reverse osmosis" filtercomponent,andall impuritiesand pollutantsare retained in the filter cavity, avoiding direct contact with the sewage pump.This eliminateswinding and blockage phenomena,andextends theservice life of thepumpbymore than5 times.
(3)The filtered sewage enters the water storage cavity throughamesh stainless steel flow director for treatment.When its liquid level capacity reaches the specified value, theliquid levelmonitorsendsadatasignal to thecentral PLC programmable control system to notify the sewage pump to work.
(4)The sewage pump takeswater from the bottom side of the water storage cavity, thereby mixing sediments with the sewage and avoiding the adsorption of pollutants onthewall of thewater storagecavity.Then,the sewage isreversely introduced into thefiltercavity through a mesh guide pipe,and the "backwashing" function is used to discharge the impuritiesand solid particlesin the filtercavity to theoutdoor sewage well or pipe network alongwith the pressure water flow.The backwashing effect has been tested to be excellent.

Productfeatures
1.Thepumphasacompactstructure,integratedmotor andpump,and smallvolume.Itsvertical structure hastheadvantages of small installation footprint, stable operation,and no adjustment required during installation.
2.The inlet and outlet of the pump are designed with flangesof thesamespecificationandare located on the same center line.It can be directly installed on thepipelinelikeavalve,anditscenterislow,which isconvenient forpipelinearrangementandmakesthe installationparticularly easy.
3.The pump and the motor are coaxial,and the axial dimensionisshort,whichmakesthepumprunmore smoothly and with low noise.
4.Thetraditionalshaftsealingmethodiseliminated, which avoids the leakage of the conveyed medium. Therefore,ithastheremarkable featureof completely no leakage.
5.Sliding bearings are used to replace the conventional motorroling bearings,making thepumprunparticularly smoothlywithextremely lowvibrationandnoise.

The LG series pumps are installed vertically.The motor shaft and thepump shaftare connectedbya jaw coupling.They have the advantagesofcompactstructure,lownoise,andsmallfloorspace. The WQ type non-clogging submersible sewage pump isa new generation of pump product successfullydeveloped on thebasisof introducingadvanced foreign technologyand combining theusage characteristicsof domesticwaterpumps. Itfeatures remarkable energy-saving effect,anti-winding, non-clogging and automatic control. It has a unique effect in discharging solid particles and long-fiber garbage.
This series of pumps adopts a unique impeller structure and a newtypeof mechanical seal,whichcaneffectivelytransport liquids containingsolidsand long fibers.Comparedwith traditional impellers,the impeller of this pumpadoptsa singleflowchannel ordouble-flowchannel form,which is similarto a bent pipe with the same cross-sectional size and has very good flow performance.Witha reasonable volute,the pump hashigh efficiency.The impeller hasundergone dynamicand static balance tests,so that the pump has no vibration during operation.
