Product overview

Measuring fluid: water, seawater, alkali and

other single fluids, turbidity less than 10,

000PPM, particle size less than 1MM.

Tube materials: Full tubes that are

ultrasonically penetrable such as steel, cast

iron, PVC tubes, etc., with a dense texture,

free of severe corrosion and scaling, allowing

for a thin layer of dense lining.

Tube lining materials: rubber, epoxy asphalt,

fiberglass reinforced plastic, mortar, etc., or

unlined.

Tube diameter range: Dn15mm~6000mm,

insertion type sensor for pipe diameter

DN25mm~6000mm.

Product Overview

Pipeline type ultrasonic flowmeter basic principle is that ultrasonic waves propagate in the flowing fluid, carries the

fluid flow rate related information. Therefore, by means of the received ultrasonic sound waves, the flow velocity of the

fluid can be detected and converted into a flow rate. According to the detection method, the ultrasonic flow meter can be

divided into different types of propagation velocity difference method, Doppler method, beam shift method, noise

method and correlation method. Ultrasonic flow meter is a kind that began to be applied in recent decades with the rapid

development of integrated circuit technology, can measure fluid of almost all the clean and uniform liquid.
