1、卷帘可独立控制并具有手动功能，与温度熔断装置联动，与消防中控室直接进行联动。
2、实现烟感报警，卷帘自动下降至地面 1.5-1.8m 高度，延时 180 秒（可调）然后在下降关闭。当下降时障碍
物可停止下降并上升。
3、可实现烟感报警一次下滑，温感报警二次下滑，且温感报警消除后可停止二次下滑，可在一个系统内互相转换。

1、帘片：选用优质双镀锌钢带，经双面复合滚压成型，内腔填充硅酸铝纤维棉，热缩性小，耐高温度极高，
具有很好的耐腐蚀、防锈性能和抗风压强度，根据用户要求，可选择不锈钢板或彩色钢板制作。

活动式柔性挡烟垂壁安装在吊顶内，平时挡烟垂壁底座的底面与吊顶齐平，从下往上看，
看不到挡烟垂壁。这样活动式挡烟垂壁就有很好的隐蔽性和装饰性。当遇到火灾街道火警信
号时，活动挡烟垂壁就会自动下垂，形成防烟分区。其主要运用于有吊顶的场所。
挡烟垂壁的作用
挡烟垂壁是人防工程和高层民用建筑工程中作为防烟分区的垂直防烟分隔物。在火灾
发生初期，有效的阻止高温烟气横向蔓延，形成储烟池，由排烟风机将高温烟气迅速排出室
外，提高排烟风机工作效率为火警区人员逃生和火灾扑救创造了环境，争取了时间。
挡烟垂壁的分类

挡烟垂壁的设计和安装要求
挡烟垂壁形成的防烟分区<500m2
且同一防烟分区不应跨越不同防火分区。挡烟垂壁下垂高度为吊顶以下≥500mm，
吊顶以上用挡烟不燃材料做挡烟封堵。无吊顶为梁下≥500mm，同时满足挡烟垂壁下垂高度要大于排烟风机口所处高度。

3、控制信号线两根，有源和无源干触点信号两种接法，接入控制箱；

6、挡烟垂壁的外形尺寸为单樘挡烟垂壁不超过4米，超过4米部分制作成多
樘做搭接处理。搭接量不小于100mm，筒体最小高度位85mm，安装最小空间为
150mm；
7、活动式挡烟垂壁底座是由R型底座和R型压条相互套接而成，利用底座的R型结构锁住R型压条的两端，彻底
解决了挡烟垂壁开启时底座松动和错位的问题。值得注意的是，设置的底座必须足够重量，以保证垂壁运行的顺利，
平稳并确保系统断电时，挡烟垂壁能自动下降至挡烟工作位置。
挡烟垂壁（活动式）型主要采用耐高温纤维
布固定装有管式电机的轴管上，利用电机的转动
来实现耐高温纤维布的升降，使其所安装的场所
具备一定功能的防烟效果。
挡烟垂壁（活动式）型由于管式电机来带动耐高温纤维布的升降，在平时挡烟
垂壁的底部固定条与装修吊顶平行，使其具备很好的隐蔽性且不破坏整体的装修效
果，在发生火灾时接到火警信号挡烟垂壁自行下降到具有防烟的高度，形成具有一
定效果的防烟分区。

壁，其适用场所主要为厂房、超市、地下车库和不吊顶的大型卖
