Advantages of motor:
According to requirements, KYSB can be equipped with 380V, 6kV and various types of protected (IP23, IP44, IP54) motors.
The Y2 series low-voltage (380V) motor can be used with a matching power of 630kW or less. It is a new type of high-quality
motor that is superior and of a higher grade than the Y series. It has an attractive appearance, low noise, a protection grade of
IP54, and an insulation grade of F (B grade assessment). Meanwhile, The Y2 series motors with a power of 315kW and below
also have installation interchangeability with the Y series (IP44) motors.

Explain of model name
The KYSB series of split-case single-stage double-suction centrifugal pumps is a new type of split-case double-suction pump independently developed
by our company based on market demands and extensive absorption of advanced technologies from similar products. Its notable features are:
a complete and universal type, excellent model, novel structure, and convenient maintenance.
At present, our company produces a wide variety of KYSB pump models, with over 40 types and nearly 400 basic specifications. By changing the basic
type to the improved impeller and cutting the outer diameter of the impeller, the type range of this series of pumps is full and wide, and the usage
efficiency is increased. Within the performance range of the type spectrum, we can provide pumps that appropriately meet the operating points of any
flow and head required by users.
The products have been meticulously manufactured and subject to perfect quality control, reaching the leading level in China. Our company has
obtained ISO9001 quality certification. The product quality can fully guarantee that this series of pumps comply with the standards of 1S02548C,
GB3216C and GB/T5657.
This product is widely applicable to urban water supply and drainage as well as urban water supply. Water supply and drainage for centralized heating
systems Steel and metallurgical enterprises, petrochemical refineries, paper mills, oil fields, thermal power plants, and airport construction.
Water supply and drainage for chemical fiber factories, textile factories, sugar factories, chemical plants and power stations; Water supply for fire
protection systems and air conditioning systems in factories and mines; Farmland drainage and irrigation, as well as various water conservancy projects.

Temperature range: The maximum liquid temperature ≤80℃(-120℃); The ambient temperature is generally ≤40℃. The maximum working pressure
(inlet pressure + pumping pressure) is 1.0MPa(G)(Hsp≤75m) or 1.6MPa(Hsp>75). Special configurations can reach 1.6MPa(G) or 2.5MPa(G) respectively.
The medium that can be conveyed is clear water. If the medium is other liquids, please contact our company.
Sealed water pipe components: Do not install when the inlet and outlet pressures are ≥0.03MPa(G)
Structural design: Single-stage double-suction axial splined-case volute centrifugal pump, horizontally installed. The drive unit (electric motor or internal
combustion engine) can be set on the left or right side of the pump as required (i.e., facing the outlet).
The drive rotates counterclockwise on the left side and clockwise on the right side.
