Product overview
HCM-12（24）型SF6全绝缘全封闭共箱式紧凑型中压系列环网开关设备(简称充气柜)，是经过型式试验并在工厂内装配的户内式金属
封闭开关设备。开关装置和主母线密闭在充满SF6气体的壳体中，是全绝緣、全密封，可扩展，组合方便。每个单元都具有各自的功能。
当系统要求配置数大于6单元时，要采用扩展母线的形式将两个(或两个以上)的气箱连接起来。每个SF6绝缘气箱都可以在左右侧任意扩
展，根据不同的设计方案任意排列，实现不同的配置要求。气箱采用不锈钢钢板，利用先进的激光切割与全自动机械手焊接技术制造而
成。充气壳体的防护等级达到IP67。箱内充以SF6气体，并经过同步抽真空、氦检漏，确保气箱的密封性。高压元件采用复合化设计，隔
离开关与接地开关复合为一三工位开关，负荷开关、接地开关、熔断器绝缘筒、真空灭孤室均在不锈钢气箱内。气箱底部的防爆口上装有
防爆膜片，当开关出现异常而使气箱内的气压超过一定数值时，能从下部防爆口卸压，有效防止高压气体对人、电缆及变电站内其余开关
设备的损害。
产品概述
HCM-12/24 SF6 fully insulated, fully enclosed, common box compact medium voltage series ring main unit (hereinafter
referred as RMU) is an indoor metal enclosed switchgear that has been type tested and assembled in the factory. The switch
and main bus are sealed in a shell filled with SF6 gas, which is fully insulated, fully sealed, expandable and easy to combine.
Each unit has its ow function. When the system requires more than 6 units, two (or more) gas tanks shall be connected in
the form of extended bus. Each SF6 insulated gas box can be arbitrarily expanded on the left and right sides and arranged
according to different design schemes to achieve different configuration requirements. The gas box is made of stainless
steel plate, with standard laser cutting and automatic manipulator welding technology. The protection grade of the SF6
tank reaches IP67. The box is filled with SF6 gas, and through synchronous vacuum, helium leak detection, to ensure the
tightness of the gas box. The high-voltage components adopt composite design, the disconnector and earthing switch are
combined into a three position switch, and the load break switch, earthing switch, fuse insulating cylinder and vacuum
interrupter are all in the stainless steel gas tank. The explosion-proof channel at the bottom of the gas tank is equipped
with an explosion-proof diaphragm. When the switch is abnormal and the air pressure in the gas tank exceeds a certain
value, the pressure can be relieved from the lower explosion-proof channel to prevent the damage of high-pressure gas to
people, cables and other switchgear in the substation effectively.

充气式开关柜是环网主单元结构，在同一个绝缘气室内最多可配置6个模块，可为配电网络提供多种组合方式，适应绝大多数场合。
The bushing located at the top of cubicle can be used for joining to another cubicle using insulated busbar connector.
This arrangement can be used for extending circuits of more than 6.
The extension of cubicle on either side or both is available according to the requirement of user. Side incoming or
outgoing arrangement is also available.

HCM-12(24)型SF6全绝缘环网开关设备可分成三个部分，前上部包括操作机构、联锁机构，低压控制室，后上部为SF6气箱，下部为
电缆室、熔断器室。三个部分相互隔离。一次高压部分完全密封在SF6气箱内，防护等级为IP67，保证人身安全。
HCM-12(24) type SF6 fully insulated Ring Main Unit consit of three parts, the top fornt part includes the operating
mechanism, interlocking mechanism, low-voltage control room, the rear part is SF6 gas tank, the lower part is cable
chamber and fuse chamber, breaker room. three parts are isolated from each other. The primary HV part is completely
sealed in the SF6 gas box, gas tank the protection grade is IP67 to ensure personal safety.

电缆室位于环网柜的最下面，可提供两路单芯或三芯电缆以最简单的屏蔽电缆头进行连接。
