无热再生吸附式干燥机NH系列是基于变压吸附原理设计,采用双塔结构,一塔在工作压力下对压缩空气进行吸附干燥,同时另一个塔则利用部分自身干燥气经降压后作为再生气逆向进入塔内对吸附饱和的吸附剂以变压(减压)、冲洗的方式进行再生,两塔以固定的工作周期进行切换,从而为用户持续提供干燥的压缩空气。

微热再生吸附式干燥机AH系列是通过变温、变压吸附的原理来对压缩空气中的水进行脱除。采用双塔结构,一塔在低温高压条件下,通过吸附剂与水分子之间的“范德华”力使水分子吸附在吸附剂上而实现干燥的目的;另一塔则在低压高温条件下,让吸附剂发生逆向脱附。低压高温的再生气由吸附式干燥机出口的干气经减压后进入加热器加热实现,而为避免高温床层对吸附效果的影响,增加冷吹再生流程来确保吸附塔切换后能在低温下吸附干燥压缩空气,保证出口露点值稳定。

微气耗鼓风热再生吸附式干燥机BH系列是通过变温、变压吸附的原理来对压缩空气中的水进行脱除的,其再生采用鼓风方式,可以有效节省压缩空气气耗。系统采用双塔结构,一塔在工作压力下对压缩空气进行吸附干燥,同时,经鼓风机吸入的环境空气在吸气过滤器过滤后压入系统中,通过再生气加热器加热后对另一塔进行加热再生,持续加热再生到一定时间后进入冷吹阶段。冷吹再生阶段将分配少量干燥压缩空气作为再生气对吸附剂进行冷吹再生,直至再生塔的吸附剂降到最佳工作温度。
