瑞安市京阳胶辊制造有限公司，创立于����年�月，为台湾与湖北京山轻工机械股份
有限公司合作兴办的合资厂，专业生产工业用橡胶辊，塑料、造纸、印刷、印染、合板、织维、
皮革、钢铁涂层辊，清洗挤干辊、耐碱、耐溶剂、耐油、耐高温、耐磨性等各类橡胶辊，京阳皆
有能力制造。
为确保质量，京阳公司长期安排有��年工作经验的台湾技师驻厂担任制程质量管理、
品检及技术开发等工作。
����年�月：通过ISO-����质量体系认证
����年��月：液体RTV无缝硅胶辊投产。
����年�月：聚氨脂胶辊投产。
本公司专业生产水洗辊、浆纱辊、涂布辊、驱动辊、无缝硅胶辊、弯曲展开辊、耐溶剂印
刷辊、耐水性印刷辊、硅钢片涂层辊、挤干辊、丝光辊、卷取发泡胶辊、人造革专用(压延机贴

Rui'an Jingyang Rubber Roller Manufacturing Co., Ltd. was established in September ���� as a
joint venture factory between Taiwan and Hubei Jingshan Light Industry Machinery Co., Ltd. It specializes in the production of industrial rubber rollers, plastic, papermaking, printing, dyeing, plywood, textile,
leather, steel coating rollers, cleaning and drying rollers, alkali resistance, solvent resistance, oil resistance, high temperature resistance, wear resistance, and other types of rubber rollers. Jingyang has the
ability to manufacture.
To ensure quality, Jingyang Company has arranged for Taiwanese technicians with �� years of
work experience to stay in the factory to work on process quality management, quality inspection, and
technical development.
January ����: Passed ISO-���� quality system certification
October ����: Liquid RTV seamless silicone roller was put into production.
July ����: The polyurethane roller was put into production.
Our company specializes in the production of water washing rolls, sizing rolls, coating rolls, driving
rolls, seamless silicone rubber rolls, bending and unfolding rolls, solvent resistant printing rolls, water
resistant printing rolls, silicon steel sheet coating rolls, extrusion drying rolls, mercerizing rolls, coiling
foam rubber rolls, artificial leather special rolls (calender lamination rolls, embossing machine lamination rolls, three plate surface treatment rolls, wet extrusion drying rolls, dry lamination rolls).
