紫铜垫圈的标准与用途：

1.紫铜垫片属于金属包覆垫片的一种，无磁性、导电、导热性能、耐腐蚀性非常好。因此在热交换器、压力容器等高温高压密封部位使用，可以有效防止垫片的散架、介质的侵蚀。

2.紫铜垫片标准紫铜密封垫一般采用带螺纹的地方密封，它的密封原理是两个结合面将紫铜垫挤压变形，使得紫铜垫的两个表面与两个结合面紧密贴合没有丝毫缝隙，从而得到密封效果。为达到密封效果，一般在使用前进行退火处理，其目的是让紫铜密封垫圈变软，已达到更好的密封效果，而且还能有效的防止垫片的散架、介质的侵蚀因此安装在带安装槽的结合处，如公募配合的法兰中、阀盖、压力表活接头等处标准为厚度和直径大小，厚度根据密封结合处的间隙大小来决定，尺寸则根据密封槽的尺寸需要来加工。

3.紫铜垫片采用优质的紫铜板材具备良好的焊接性，可经冷、热塑性加工制成各种成品和半成品，经数控车床精密车削确保密封面平直，不翘曲，高精度研磨确保金属面与法兰密封面紧密贴合。
