木门的制造工艺不仅体现在选材、干燥、加工等方面，在油漆工艺上也有讲究，油漆的质量和油漆的处理会直接影响到木门的整体效果。油漆工艺是相当耗时的工作，需要足足一个星期，先上第一次封闭底漆，使得木门表面硬化，充分显示本来的木纹，再进行填补刮灰使得木门表面毛细孔可以被有效的填补，再进行第一遍底漆，给漆膜足够的干燥时间，再进行打磨，然后再上第二遍底漆、第三遍、第四遍………因此，您在选购木门的时候，不仅要看木材和木加工，而且要看油漆工艺。
