HPF Plastic-lined Control Valve
HPF 衬塑调节阀是一种防腐蚀直通单座调节阀,根据适用条件(见表1)的不同,又细分为HPF、HPF-1、HPF-2、HPF-3、HPF-4、HPF-5,与流体接触的阀体内壁和阀内组件均采用高压注塑工艺,衬有能耐腐蚀、耐老化的聚全氟乙丙烯(F46)、可溶性聚四氟乙烯(PFA),又采用聚四氟乙烯波纹管或特殊材质金属波纹管密封。广泛适用于对酸、碱等强腐蚀介质和有毒、易挥发等气体、液体的控制。
HPF plastic-lined control valve is akindof corrosion-resistant straight-through single-seat valve.It is further classified into HPF, HPF-1, HPF-2, HPF-3, HPF-4 and HPF-5 depending on its application conditions (see Table 1). High pressure injection molding processis applied tothe ine wallfthebody and the trims ofthe alve incontact with the fluid, which are lined with corrosion-resistant and age-resistant fluorinated ethylene propylene (F46), and soluble polytetrafluoro ethylene (PFA), and sealed with polytetrafluoroethylene (PTFE)bellows or special material metal bellows. It is widely applicable tothe control of strong corrosive media such as acid and alkali and toxic andvolatile gases and liquids.

2.密封性能好。采用波纹管和填料双重密封,确保无外渗漏。

3.泄漏量小。由于阀芯、阀座采用软密封,故泄漏量低。

4.配用HA执行机构,输出力大、结构紧凑。
