4105 Type Electric V-Shape Regulating Ball Valve
Electric V-shape regulating ball valve (referred to as regulating ball valve), is a rotary regulating ball
valve, it is an actuator unit in a electric unit combination instrument, 4105-type is electro-mechanical type
(no servo amplifier), must match servo amplifiers and electric operators in order to achieve proportionin; and
4105-type electronic V-shape regulating ball valve actuator contains servo mechanism. It can be regulated
with input signal (DC420mA or 15V) and power supply (220V, 50HZ). There are two types of valve
structures: installed reinforced PTFE soft seal seat and 1Cr18Ni9T or Cr18Ni12Mo2 (Ti) partially build-up
welding Stellite alloy all-metal hard seal valve seat. They are used respectively for normal temperature (-40
~2000C) and high temperature (-60~4500C) occasions. This product is characterized by high transmission
efficiency, large thrust, good sealing performance, large rated flow coefficient and strong interchangeability
of parts. Because of the valve core and seat closed with \"shear\" effect, they can be especially used for
media containing fibrous filaments, particles, slurry and other working conditions. Thus, it is widely used in
papermaking, petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, metallurgy, textile, sewage treatment and other
production sectors gas, steam, liquid transport pipeline medium flow, pressure, liquid level, temperature
regulation, in order to achieve automation of the control process in the production process according to
certain specifications.
