INSTALLATION INSTRUCTIONS
■The installation position of the main unit must avoid the heat sources of the
engine and the muffler. Ensure good ventilation and dust prevention. Avoid
resonance.
■When pressing the pipe head, pay attention to the force applied to prevent
deformation of the inner diameter hole of the pipe core.
■The length of the air conditioning pipe and the positive and negative main wires
should be as short as possible. The refrigerant is R134a and has been filled.
■The red wire should be connected to the positive terminal of the battery (the
end with the fuse), and the black wire should be connected to the negative
terminal of the battery. Tighten to ensure good electrical contact. Do not connect
the black wire to the ground wire. Be careful not to make a mistake.
■During installation, monitor the pressure to ensure there are no leaks before
evacuating for more than 20 minutes and opening the outdoor unit valve.
■It is recommended to install the indoor unit on the right side of the passenger
seat at the top.
■If the installation or use does not follow the above relevant requirements,
resulting in air conditioning failures or other losses, our company will not bear any
direct or indirect responsibility.
Installation precautions
■The installation location should ensure unobstructed air inlet and outlet;
■Choose a place that is easy to drain condensate water and is convenient for
connection with the outdoor unit;
■The installation position of the air conditioner should be determined according
to the actual situation of the vehicle and the relevant \"wiring requirements and
pipeline layout\";
■According to the selected installation position of the indoor part of the air
conditioner, at least 6 fixing points for the indoor unit must be ensured;
■If drilling is required in the driver's
cabin, it is necessary to consult the
vehicle manufacturer before drilling to
confirm that the drilling location does not
affect the circuits, lines, oil lines,
structural strength, and other usage
functions;
■A 15mm return air space needs to be
reserved above the figure on the right;

Step 1:Installation of indoor unit. Locate a suitable position to install the
indoor unit. First, fix the wooden board of the indoor unit to the appropriate
position in the cab using four screws. Then, secure the indoor unit onto the
wooden board (screws are provided in the packaging box).
Installation steps
Step 3: First, make holes. Connect the pipeline to the wiring harness. The plug
connection is simple and quick. During installation, apply refrigerating oil; do
not use engine oil as it may cause the rubber ring to oxidize and leak
refrigerant.
Step 4:Test and evacuate the R134a filling valve, and check for any leaks.
Step5:You need to remove the vacuum pump after some time. Use an internal
hexagonal wrench to open the copper valve of the outdoor unit. Note! Open
the high-pressure valve first, then the low-pressure valve (the high and low
pressure pipes are marked). Make sure to fully open both copper valves to
ensure that the refrigerant can flow freely in the piping.
Step 6:Wrap the indoor pipes, wiring harnesses, and condensate water pipes
with white adhesive tape. Ensure that the pipes, wiring, and condensate
water pipes are securely fixed without any friction, collision, or shaking.
Step 7:Connect the positive and negative cable wires. The red wire should be
connected to the positive terminal of the battery, and the black wire to the
negative terminal.(Note: The battery wires must be securely fixed.)
Step 8: Turn on the power switch. Set the remote control to the \"cooling\"
mode. Press the temperature adjustment button on the remote control and
set the temperature to the lowest level. Then, start the test run.
Step 2 : Installation of the outdoor unit. Based on the
length of the wiring and piping, select the optimal
position to install the outdoor unit. First, fix the bracket
at an appropriate position on the driver's cabin, then
use rivets to secure the bracket, and finally place the
outdoor unit flat and fix it with screws. When installing
the bracket, apply foam glue and add foot pads to
prevent resonance.

Step 1:Installation of indoor unit.
Locate a suitable position to install
the indoor unit. First, fix the wooden
board of the indoor unit to the
appropriate position in the cab
using four screws. Then, secure the
indoor unit onto the wooden board
(screws are provided in the
packaging box).
Start the vacuum pump to perform
vacuuming. Run it for more than 15
minutes and observe until the
vacuum gauge reaches -0.1 Mpa (-760
mmHg).
Fully close the low-pressure valve and
stop the operation of the vacuum
pump. Please maintain this state for
1-2 minutes or more, then confirm
whether the pointers of the high and
low pressure gauges have returned. If
they have returned, check the leakage
points and repair them. After that,
please perform the vacuuming
operation of the vacuum pump again.
Rotate the two-way and three-way
stop valves counterclockwise in the
opposite direction until they are fully
open.
Tighten the caps on the two-way and
three-way stop valves as well as the
screws on the filling ports.

Pre-test inspection
■ Connect the power cord to the vehicle battery terminal. It is recommended to
add a power control switch for easier disconnection and connection. Pay
attention to not reversing the positive and negative poles. Check if the wiring is
properly connected, tightened, and especially ensure that the connecting wires
are fully pressed.
■ Check if the internal and external units are installed firmly. Pay attention to
sealing the pipe holes with sealant or other methods to prevent water leakage and
air leakage, and try to coordinate with the vehicle sound.
■ After remote control startup, set the cooling operation according to the current
room temperature. Set the setting to the lowest level steadily.
■ The test run should last for more than 30 minutes for comprehensive
inspection. (It should be no less than 15 minutes.)
■ In case of special circumstances, the indoor and outdoor connection pipes
need to be extended. Please add the refrigerant as per the table below.
