Additionally, due to the power transmission efficiency, electrical supply stability, and
capacity requirements of server rooms, a three-phase power supply architecture has
become the ideal choice in server room setups. To this end, SGS safety laboratories
are also equipped with a 100KVA high-power three-phase power testing capability,
meeting the testing needs for high-power server products.
With the development of cloud computing and the establishment of more data
centers, an increasing number of servers need to be deployed within limited spaces,
making heat dissipation a major issue. Liquid cooling technology, known for its
significant heat dissipation advantages, has become the main cooling technology in
data centers. Liquid cooling utilizes heat convection or conduction methods by
immersing or flowing liquid around heat-generating components to transfer heat away,
thus demanding high performance from both the cooling medium and containers.
Based on applicable international standards and its own testing experience, SGS has

ENERGY STAR
“Energy Star” is an energy-saving product certification program initiated by the United
States Environmental Protection Agency in 1992. Companies participate in the
certification voluntarily, and products that pass the certification can display an Energy
Star logo. The purpose of the program is to reduce greenhouse gas emissions and
other pollutants. The Energy Star Enterprise Server program is currently in version 4.0,
which sets forth requirements for the energy efficiency of server power supply
modules and the efficiency thresholds for server active states. SGS has the capability
to test and certify Energy Star enterprise servers, helping manufacturing companies
gain user recognition and become loyal partners in their sustainable development
