1. INTRODUCTION TO SPARE PARTS
1.Indicator
NAMUR standard indicators facilitate the installation of accessories
such as position switches and positioners.
2.Output Shafts
The nickel-plated alloy steel, high-precision one-piece output shaft
also conforms to NAMUR, ISO5211 and DIN3337 standards.
Dimensions and stainless steel materials can be customized according
to customer requirements.
3.Body
The ASTM6005 extruded aluminum cylinder block can be hard-oxidized,
oxidized, powder-coated with pure polyester, powder-coated with epoxy
(various colors are available), and coated with PTFE to meet various
requirements.
4.End Caps
Die-cast aluminum alloy with multicolor powder coating and PTFE
coating.
5.Piston
The double-strip piston, oxidized die-cast aluminum or zinc-plated cast
steel, is symmetrically mounted for quick operation and long service life,
and can be oriented by simply reversing the piston.
6.Travel Stops
Two independent range adjustment screws allow easy and precise ±5°
adjustment of the open and closed position.

7.High-performance Spring
High-quality materials are imported and plated for easy and safe
disassembly in a combination of pre-pressurized assemblies. High corrosion
resistance and long service life enable safe and simple disassembly of the
single-use actuator to satisfy different power output ranges by varying the number
of springs.
8.Bearings and Guides
Low-friction, long-life composite materials are used to avoid direct metal-to
-metal contact, making maintenance and replacement easy.
9.Sealing
Nitrile rubber is used for normal temperature operation, and fuorine rubber,
silicone rubber, and high and low temperature nitrile rubber are used for high
and low temperatures.
2.Product features
The actuator has a life expectancy of up to 1 million
actuations.
The actuator is equipped with two independent stroke
adjustment mechanisms, which facilitate the adjustment
of the+5 ° fully open or fully closed position.
The visual representation of the NAMUR standard
multifunctional position indicator only requires
installation and output of all accessories.
Squeezed high-strength aluminum cylinder body, with fine
grinding and hard anodizing treatment on the inner surface,
has a long service life, low friction coefficient, and fast action.
The inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder body are
treated with a secondary composite anodizing treatment, and the surface oxide layer
reaches 40μm.
High-precision machining of the inner and outer surfaces of the cylinder body for high
abrasion and corrosion resistance.

The pneumatic actuator is a rotation device executed by compressed air operation. It can
be connected in different methods:
Install the solenoid valve to connect A and B (RAPA-2/5 for dual effects, RAPA-2/3 for single effect)
The empty pipe roads of the separated control box are connected to A and B.

5. Pneumatic actuator working principle and selection
Double acting pneumatic actuator
Definition

The standard pneumatic actuator is clockwise rotating to the pass
(when the supply of B is obtained when the supply of the pillar is
supplied), and the rotor rotation is turned on counterclockwise (when it
is obtained by the supply of A).
Specify the maximum torque value for the valve being operated.
Determine a safety factor, usually 1.25-1.5 times the maximum torque
value (depending on the valve type and operating conditions).
When the torque value is calculated, the torque chart of the doubleacting
actuator is used to select the required power supply, and then
the power supply column is used to select a torque value equal to or
greater than the calculated torque value.
Move the level of the torque value to the Model column to find the

Determine the maximum torque value for the valve to be operated.

The pneumatic actuator provides ±5° adjustment in the fully open and
fully closed positions.
When the air pressure enters from port A,
it forces the piston to move apart toward
the end cover, and the air is discharged
from port B, causing the gear to rotate
counterclockwise.

When the air pressure enters from port B,
the piston is forced to close, and the air is
discharged from port A, causing the gear
to rotate clockwise.
When a forceful power source enters from
Port A and forces the piston apart toward
the end cap, the spring is compressed and
air is discharged from Port B, causing the
wheel to rotate counterclockwise.

Once the calculated torque value is determined, use the torque chart
for single-acting actuators to select the required power supply, and
then use the Power Supply column to select a value equal to or greater
than the calculated torque, taking into account the lower of MMD or
MMC.
Note: In spring reset, the torque output of the actuator is not constant
during operation, but decreases gradually due to the fact that the
spring gathers a certain amount of energy when it is compressed, and
the energy is released when it is reset.
In the event of a power failure or loss of power,
the spring closes the piston and air is discharged
from port A to obtain clockwise rotation.
