刘大响，北京航空航天大学教授、博士生导师，中国工程院院士。兼任总装备部科技委委员、国防科工委专家咨询委员、国家863航天航空领域专家委员会顾问、南京航空航天大学动力学院名誉院长、中国航空学会副理事长。

刘大响院士曾任数项大型国防科技预研项目和国家重点工程的总工程师、第一总设计师或主要技术负责人之一，主持完成多项重大课题研究和国际合作；在国家重点工程--高空模拟试车台建设中和国防科技关键技术预研中，主持完成数十项课题研究，突破多项关键技术，为我国航空发动机设计研究做出了重大贡献。荣获国家科技进步特等奖1项、二等奖2项、部级科技进步奖10余项和香港“何梁何利"科技进步奖。主编《航空发动机设计手册》（第七分册：进、排气装置）、《航空发动机--飞机的心脏》等专著四部，撰写科研报告和论文100余篇。1995年荣获全国先进工作者称号，1996年获中国航空工业总公司劳动模范和劳模标兵称号。1997年当选中国共产党十五大代表。2001年获中国航空工业第一集团公司“航空报国”金奖。2002年获俄罗斯科学院荣誉博士学位。2003年当选为第十届全国人大代表、十届全国人大常务委员会委员和外事委员会委员。

主要从事新时代航空应急救援力量体系和森林草原防灭火等方面的理论研究与建设等工作。负责组建了我国第一支航空应急救援的国家专业队。主导推动了航空应急救援行业发展的国家规划，并组织建立了相关专业规章制度；创新提出并在大学推动设置了“森林草原火灾风险管理”的学科方向，主编了《森林草原火灾风险管理》教材。作为课题组的主要负责人，参加了由中国心理学会和中国科学院心理健康重点实验室联合发起的“抗疫心理援助联动机制及有效性评估”重大科研课题的研究；作为全国防灾减灾日系列活动第十五讲的主讲人，在国家自然灾害防治科技创新讲坛上，作了题为《我国森林防灭火工作的历史回顾与时代展望》的授课，仅新华网和央视频两网直播在线观看人数就达50多万。近年来，在多种媒体上发表学术论文和文章10余篇。

王斌，现担任交通运输部东海第二救助飞行队副队长、搜救教员机长、运行主管、总飞行师。作为救捞系统培养的第一代飞行员，王斌始终坚守海上救援一线，累计参与救助任务206起，成功救助遇险人员175人。他不仅牵头建立了飞行队一整套飞行管理与培训体系，更积极投身国产航空科研事业，在北京航空航天大学和航空工业牵头参与国产直升机科研攻关，致力于提升我国航空应急救援的核心技术能力。

同时，他具备全天候多元化教学能力，倾囊相授，成功完成多名搜救机长及副驾驶的改装工作。王斌先后荣获全国水上搜救先进个人、感动救捞人物等多项殊荣，用实际行动书写了一名共产党员守护生命的忠诚与担当！

Wang Bin currently serves as deputy captain,search and rescue instructor pilot,operations supervisor and chief pilot of the East China Sea Second Rescue Flight Team of MO.As one of the first generation of pilots trained by China's national salvage and rescue system,he has remained steadfast on the frontlineof maritime rescue for decades.To date, he has participated in 206 rescue misions and successfully saved 175 people in distress.

He not only led the development of a comprehensive flight management and training system for the flying service,but also actively contributes to China's domestic aviation scientific research.In collaboration with Beihang University and AViC,he has taken a leading role in key research and development projects for domestically manufactured helicopters,dedicated to enhancing China's core technological capabilities in aviation emergency rescue.

With all-weather and multi-scenario teaching expertise,he has selflessly shared his professional knowledge and successfully completed the type rating conversion training for numerous search and rescue captains and co-pilots.

Lan Hailiang,a member of the Communist Party of China,currently serves as Deputy Detachment Leader and Chief of the Fire Fighting and Rescue Command Department of Daqing Air Rescue Detachment.A senior pilot,he has achieved over 2,5Oo hours of safe flight.Dedicated to air rescue work,he devotes himself to flight theories and practical skills. He innovated helicopter bucket fire suppression tactics and obtained relevant patents,compiled more than 40 professional works,over ten aviation regulations and operation manuals,and published over 20 academic papers.He has led his team to undertake major missions including the Beijing Winter Olympics securitycross-regional drils,forest fire fighting and frontier garrison tasks.He developed new flight and training methods for mountain and water rescue.Besides,he optimized training and teaching modes to cultivate air-ground coordination commanders and professional pilots,advancing the specialization and combat capability of the air rescue team.
