20STB Series Air-source Heat Pump Units have single-compressor, dual-compressor,triple-compressor and quadruple-compressor series,manufacturedbyadoptingfamousbrandcompressorand electriccontrolcomponents,andequippedwith high-efficiencyfin heat exchanger and Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger.
The2oSTB Series Air-source Heat Pump Unit has various specifications with cooling capacityrange of 30kW-263kW and heatingcapacity range of 31kW-285kW,thechilledwateroutput temperatureis 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } - 2 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ,and the hotwater output temperature is 4 0 ^ { \circ } C - 5 0 ^ { \circ } C :

Theunit is equipped with several protection devices,and thecomponentshaveexcellentperformance,and canexert maximumenergy efficiencyinactualworkingconditions.
20STBAir-cooled Heat Pumpseries productsarethe heat pumps speciallydesigned for small and medium-sized central air-conditioning fieldswith coolingand heatingrequirements. Theyare suitable for the buildingair-conditioningsystemswith layered management,small and medium-sized ofices,factory workshops,restaurants,villas and other air-conditioning environments.Thenewunitwith several compressors can be customized according to actual needs,which is more energyefficient and durable than ordinarysplit air conditioners. Inaddition,our companyisalso capableof manufacturing products of eco-friendly refrigerants such as R134a,R407C, R404A and power systems.
Compressor
The unit adopts famous brand compressor with middle bearing cap to achieve high energy efficiency and low sound level.The unit runs quieterand moreeficient,with thescroll designof "contact-freeand wear-free"to reduce friction.
Fin Type Heat Exchanger
Itadopts the hydrophilicaluminum foiltoreduce theadhesionofwater on the aluminum foil and greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency. Thealuminum finsarepackedin thecopperand featuresuniformwind speed.With reasonable array copper pipes,it is installed in \ " \boldsymbol { \mathsf { V } } ^ { \ast } -shape to improve heat exchange efficiency and reduce fan noise.The copper tubeand aluminum finaremechanicallyconnected through expansion with high performance and stable heat exchange.It is independently designed and manufactured with strict quality control. Configuring accordingtotheplaceofuseandprocess,itensuresthattheheat transfer coeficient meets the design requirements.
ShellandTubeHeatExchanger
The copper tube of the evaporator adopts 1 . 1 \mathsf {mm } thick copper heatexchange tube,whichensuresthatallproductsmeetthehigh requirementsofhigheiciency,energysaving,safety,strongantifouling abilityand durability.According to the customer's use conditions and water quality factors,different materials of heat exchange tubescan be selected, and the fouling coefficientcan be increased to enhance the heat exchange eficiency,ensuring the high eficiencyand energy saving and service life of the unit. It is independently designed and manufactured with strict quality control.Configuringaccordingto the placeof useand process,itensures thatthe heat transfercoefficientmeets thedesignrequirements.
Controller
Thecontrolleradoptsthe highlyintegratedbutton-type humanmachine interface control center,which greatly improves the antiinterferenceabilityof the system.The productadopts plastic shell,which is easy to install.The front and rear panels exchange data through 485 communication,and the entire system can be integratedorseparated.Siemens PLCcontroller canalso be selected to realize ModBus RTU,TCPorS7 communication.
Fan
With special low-energy fanand reasonable fan nozzle design,it canmaximize theairmobilityandreduce thenoise.Practicehas proven that our fansrunstablyand have longservice life.The waterproof and dustproof grade of the motor: IP54,insulation grade: F;every fan hasa separatesplit cavity.

Heat Recovery Technology
Functioncharacteristics
Recoverthecondensate heat fromchillerunits (usuallydischarged totheatmospherebycoolingtower),andmakeeffectiveuseofit. Forexample:a hotel needs both heating (fordomestic hotwater) and coolingin the summer.With the heat recovery cycle,the heat absorbed duringcooling can be transferredto the buildingwhere hotwater is needed through heat recovery.In the cooling season, hotwaterabove 5 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } canbeprovided freeofcharge,and the heat recoveryreaches 3 0 % ~ 1 0 0 % of the unit's cooling capacity.
H.Stars Group is the first manufacturer to develop heat recovery technology.Patent No.:ZL03223588.7,and haswon the prize of science and technology by the Ministry of -Building Industry.
VFDTechnology
High efficientandenergysaving
Theunitadopts theworld-class brand variable frequencydrive technologytogreatlyimprovethepartialloadenergyefficiencyof theunit,and the highestcomprehensivepartial load performance coefficient (IPLV) can reach more than 10.
More eco-friendlyand energy saving
VFD water chiller can adopt R134a refrigerant according to the requirements,andwon'tdestroytheozone layerof theearth,which complieswiththerequirementsof the Montreal Protocol;VFD energysaving,flooded typeevaporatorenergysaving,industrial application energysavingadvantages.
VFDadvantage
The VFDwater chiller has thesoft start function,which can reduce the impact of starting current; the converter is equipped with the DC reactorto reduce the harmonic interference to the greatest extent; thereisalsoa low-harmonic filteroption,whichmeets the IEEE519specifications for harmonic distortionat the input power of the inverter,and has harmonic filterover-temperature protectionand capacitanceswitching function.
