VATTEN创建于德国萨尔州。

2010年VATTEN为了企业更好发展,将工厂整体搬迁至英国,德国保留公司销售及售后业务,随后VATTEN授权成立上海法登阀门有限公司,同年将VATTEN的组装与测试线迁至上海法登阀门,相应的销售及售后服务也陆续移交上海法登。

密封座材质
PTFE一标准的阀座材质,在 *46°\mathsf C 到 204°\mathsf C 之间都可以提供良好的物理密封性能,并且有着非常全面的化学耐性
R-PTFE一强化后的PTFE与标准PTFE相比有着更好的物理性能,并且继承着PTFE的绝大部分化学性能
TFM一TFM是在PTFE的基础上融入全氟正丙基乙烯基醚(PPVE)而成的新生代材料,与传统PTFE相比其具有更好的可塑性.且在机械性能上可以胜过难以加工的PTFE
UHMW-PE一在需求非常强耐磨与辐射抗性的工作环境中,PTFE的物理性能并不能完全满足时,UHMW-PE是优秀的另一个选择。在 .73°\mathsf{C} 至 94°\mathsf C 的范围内其可以提供远胜于其他材质的耐磨性,且放射耐性高至2e7rads

独特的阀座密封结构
该蝶阀根据国外相关产品进行研制改进的独立单一体的S型弹性密封阀座结构,使用了进口的RPTFE材料,弹性好,寿命长,可自动补偿温度和压力的变化,以及因长期开关使用而磨损的密封补偿;能达到双向密封无泄漏;采用活动嵌件结构,保养快捷方便,不必拆卸蝶板和阀杆,只要单面取下压盘,即可更换密封阀座和检修密封面。

阀座密封
ANSI/FCI70-2规定了控制阀的泄露等级和试验程序。其中VI级为最低泄露等级。高性能对夹式蝶阀能达到MSS-SP61规定的无气泡密封,要高于VI级。

偏置轴和偏心蝶板设计
-在开启和处于中间位置时阀座与蝶板不发生接触;
-在阀座上下部位无磨损点;
-扭矩低,操作机构要求小。

B款高性能蝶阀
阀门关闭时蝶板使阀座稍稍变形,这一变形"激励”了阀座,阀座密封面的激励使它与蝶板的边缘保持持久的密封。

当压盘侧受压时,压力被施加于唇缘的下方进一步加大了蝶板与阀座之间的密封力。
