Raw material processing areas are often exposed to
moisture, sand abrasion, frequent washing, and forklift
traffic. Nedis® SL PU Cement Flooring provides a smooth,
dense surface with strong resistance to moisture, abrasion,
washdown, and chemicals, helping reduce blistering,
delamination, and stain penetration. Its seamless,
easy-to-clean finish supports a clean and hygienic environment, making it suitable for raw material washing, sorting,
and pre-processing areas.

Raw material washing generates large amounts of water,
keeping the floor wet year-round. Hard particles such as
sand, soil, and stones carried by raw materials can cause
abrasion. Raw materials such as vegetables and fruits may
contain acidic juices, and some materials require temporary
low-temperature storage.

强度，6–9mm厚度可承受100次以上冻融循环不开
裂；同时抗压强度≥55MPa，可抵抗叉车碾压与托
盘冲击。建议防滑等级 R11–R12，保障结霜结冰环
境下的行走安全。
Ordinary flooring may become brittle and crack at −40℃.
Nedis® Heavy-Duty PU Cement Flooring maintains flexibility
and bonding strength in low-temperature environments.
With a 6–9mm thickness, it can withstand over 100
freeze-thaw cycles without cracking, while its compressive
strength of ≥55MPa resists forklift traffic and pallet impacts.
An R11–R12 slip resistance rating is recommended to
ensure safe walking on frosty or icy floors.
The refrigerated area maintains 0–4℃, and the frozen area
−18 to −40℃. Severe temperature differences occur at cold
storage entrances (−25℃ − 35℃ outdoors). Floors are
frequently subjected to forklift and pallet impacts, and may
experience ice or frost formation.

水或蒸汽反复冲洗，不易开裂脱层。其致密结构还能
有效阻止油脂、糖浆渗透，便于清洁维护。
Traditional epoxy flooring tends to soften and deform at
temperatures above 80℃. In contrast, Nedis® Heavy-Duty PU
Cement Flooring withstands short-term thermal shock up to
120℃, making it ideal for areas surrounding high-temperature
equipment such as ovens and cooking kettles. It also endures
repeated cleaning with hot water or steam above 85℃ without
cracking or delamination. Its dense, non-porous structure
effectively prevents the penetration of grease and syrup,
ensuring easy cleaning and long-term hygiene.
Temperatures around equipment can reach 80℃–120℃.
Floors are frequently washed with high-temperature steam
or hot water, while grease, syrup, and soup spills are
common. Hot oil splashes may also cause thermal damage
to the floor.

Ambient wet processing areas are frequently exposed to
water, blood, fruit and vegetable juices, and brine, which may
cause ordinary flooring to blister, delaminate, corrode, or
become slippery. Nedis® SL PU Cement Flooring offers
excellent water resistance, chemical resistance, and
washdown durability. Its dense, seamless surface helps
reduce stain penetration and bacterial growth, making
cleaning easier and suitable for long-term damp and mildly
acidic processing environments.
Floors remain damp or waterlogged for long periods and are
exposed to corrosive media such as meat blood, fruit and
vegetable juices, and marinating brine. Frequent washdown
cleaning is required, and some areas may be subject to
mildly acidic conditions.
