1) Keep the workplace clean and bright.A messy and dark place is likely to cause accidents.
2) Do not operate power tools in explosive environments,such as those with flammable liquids,gases or dust.Sparks generated by power tools may ignite dust or gases.
3) Operate power tools after children and bystanders have left.
Inattentiveness may cause the operator to lose control of the tool.
General SafetyWarning for ElectricTools-ElectricalSafety
1) The plug of an electric tool must match the socket.It is strictly forbidden to modify the plug in any way. Grounded electric tools cannot use any adapter plugs. Unmodified plugs and matching socketswill reduce the risk of electric shock.
2)Avoid touching the grounded surfaces such as pipes, heat sinks and refrigerators with your body.If your body is grounded,the risk of electric shock will increase.
3) Do not expose electric tools to rain or damp environments.Water entering the electric tools will increase the risk of electric shock.
4) Do not overuse wires.Do not use wires to move,pull electric tools or unplug their plugs.Keep the wires away from heat sources, oil,sharp edges or moving parts. Damaged or twisted flexible wires will increase the risk of electric shock.
5)When using electric tools outdoors,use external flexible wires suitable for outdoor use.Suitable external flexible wireswill reduce the risk of electric shock.
6) If it is inevitable to operate electric tools in a damp environment, use a residual current device (RCD). Using an RCD can reduce the risk of electric shock.
GeneralSafetyWarningforElectricTools-Personal Safety
1) Stay alert.When operating power tools,focus on the operation you are undertaking and stay clear-headed.Do not operate power tools when you feel tired,or when you are under the influence of drugs,alcohol or treatment reactions.A momentary lapse of attention while operating power tools can lead to serious personal injury.
2) Use personal protective equipment.Always wear goggles.Safety devices,such as dust masks,slip-resistant safety shoes,safety helmets,hearing protection devices,etc.,under appropriate conditions,can reduce personal injury.
3) Do not extend your hands too far. Always pay attention to your footingand body balance.This will enable you to control the power tool wellin case of an unexpected situation.
4)Prevent accidental startup.Ensure that the switch is in the off position when connecting the power supply and/or battery box, when picking up or moving the tool,or when the tool isin use. Placing fingers on the switch that isalready connected to the power supply or when the switch is in the plug-in position may cause danger.
5) Before the electric tool is connected,remove all adjustment keys or wrenches. Keys or wrenches left on the rotating parts of the electric tool may cause personal injury.
6)Dress appropriately.Do not wear loose clothes orwear accessories.Keep clothes,gloves and hair away from moving parts. Loose clothes,accessories and long hair may get caught in the moving parts.
7) If devices forconnectingto the chip removal and dustcollection equipment are provided,ensure that they are properly connected and used. Using these devices may reduce the risks caused by dust.
Safety Precautions for Electric Tools Usage
1)Do_not abuse electric tools. Use the appropriate electric tools for the purpose.Choosing electric tools with_proper design will make your work more effectiveand safer.
2) If the switch cannot be turned on or off to cut off the power supply of the tool,do not use this electric tool. Electric tools that cannot be controlled by the switch are dangerousand must be repaired.
3) Beforemakinganyadjustments,replacingaccessoriesor storing the electric tool,you must unplug the plugfrom_the power sourceand/or disconnect the toolfrom the battery box.This protective measure wil reduce the risk of accidental start-up of the tool.
4)Store the idle electric tools out of the reachof childrenand do notallowpeoplewho arenot familiar withthe electric tool or do not understand these instructionsto_operate the electric tool.Electric tools in the hands of untrained usersare dangerous.
5)Maintain the electric tool. Check whether the movingpartsareadjusted properly orstuck,and check for damage to thepartsand otherconditions thataffect the operation of the electrictool.if there is damage,the electric tool shouldberepaired before use.Manyaccidentsare caused by poorlymaintained electric tools.
6)Keep the cutting tools sharpandclean.Well-main tained'toolswith sharpcutting edgesare lesslikely to get stuck and easier to control.

General SafetyWarningforElectricTools-Maintenance
Have your electric tools sent to professional repairmen for maintenance.Use the same spare parts for the repair.This will ensure the safety of the repaired electric tools.
Supplementary Safety Rules for Beveling Machines
1)Keep the electric tools firmly held.Especially when the machine starts,hold the body steadily to prevent it from vibrating back and forth.
2) Keep your hands away from the rotating parts.
3)Please install the beveling/cutting blade before using.
4) Secure the workpiece.Use a fixing device or a pair of pliers to fix the workpiece.It will be more stable than holding it by hand. Do not use the beveling/cutting machine to clamp it on the vise or fixture.Do not use it when the machine is rotating.Keep your face or hands away from the rotating parts during operation.
5) Do not process materials containing asbestos.Asbestos may cause cancer.
6)The edges and fragments of the workpiece are very sharp. Please wear protective equipment. Depending on the applicable situation,use a face mask,safety goggles or safety glasses.When applicable,weara dust mask,hearing protection,gloves and a work apron that can protect against workpiece fragments.
7) Keep bystanders at a certain safe distance from the working area.Anyone entering the working area must wear protective equipment.
8) The workplace must be kept clean.Different types of work dust, when mixed,are prone to chemical reactions and are very dangerous. Metal dust is prone to catching fire or causing an explosion.
9) Do not let the machine run without anyone present.Operate only when holding the tool.Do not place the beveling/cutting machine on the ground or workbench when it is rotating.Put the machine down only when it is completely stationary.
10) Do not place the beveling/cutting machine on the workpiece fragments.Otherwise,it may cause damage to the tool or malfunction.
11)Avoid having the rotating parts of the machine touch the power cord.This may cause a serious electric shock accident.Do not use a beveling/cutting machine with a damaged power cord. If the power cord is damaged during operation,do not touch the damaged wire and immediately pull out the plug. Damaged wires will increase the risk of electric shock for the user.
12) Make sure your footing is stable.Do not have anyone under you when working at heights.
13) Do not touch the blade immediately after operation.Because they may be extremely hotand cause burns to the skin.
14) If the machine falls or collides accidentally,please check if the blade and the machine are damaged,cracked or deformed.
15)If using an extension cable,use a double-insulated cable with the same specifications as this tool.
16) Regularly clean the ventilation ports of the beveling/cutting machine.The motorfan willsuck in dustinto the casing.Excessive deposition of metal powder can lead to electrical hazards.
17) Do not use accessories that require coolant. Using water or other coolantsmay cause electrochemical corrosion or electric shock.
18)Do not stand where the electric tool will move when it rebounds.The rebound will drive the tool to move in the opposite direction of the cutting motion at the winding point.
19) Before proceeding with the beveling or chamfering operation, make sure the machine is started and running normally. Otherwise, it may damage the chamfering blade.
20) When replacing the blade or repairing the machine,please use the original equipment components.This is to ensure the safety performance and service life of the machine.
Special requirements for groov e cutting and chamfering operations

Operation Instructions for AKF20D
Before using the machine,,please read the instruction manual carefully.
I. Start/Stop (refer to Figure B)
Note: Before inserting the plug into the power supply,make sure to check and confirm that the switch is in the off position.
Power On: Turn the switch lever to the "1"position,and the tool will start. Power Off:Turn the switch lever to the " 0 " position,and the tool wil be in a closed state.
I. Replacement and Installation of Blades (See Figures C and D)
Note:Please ensure touse the original AOcKE brand blades for the knife blades.
Note:When replacing the blades,please ensure that the machine is turned off and the power plug is unplugged.
Before using the machine,please check if the blade is worn.Worn or blunt blades willaffect the quality of the groove and shorten the service life of the machine.
The cutter disc is equipped with 12 blades,and each blade has four cutting edges (around the periphery).When the cutting edges of the blades become blunt,please rotate both sides of the blades by90 degrees to use the new cutting edges.When all 48 cutting edges of the 12 blades become blunt,please replace the blades with new ones.
Please follow the following steps each time you replace the blade.
a) Remove the internal hexagonal fastener screwa. b) Remove the entire set of the guide plate assembly b. c) Use the included 3mm T-type wrench to remove the internal hexagonal headless screw c that fastens the blade,then rotate or replace the blade d. d) Finally,install the guide plate assembly b,and then lock the internal hexagonal fastener screwa.
Ill.Replacementofthecutterhead(referto Figures C and D)
Note: Before adjusting or checking the functions of the tool,please make sure that the machine has been turned off and the power plug has been unplugged.
If the cutter head is damaged or needs regular maintenance,the replacement of the cutter head can be carried out according to the following steps.
a) Remove the internal hexagonal fastening screwa.
b) Remove the entire guide plate assembly b.
c) Usea 3 2 \mathsf {mm } open-end wrench to fix the shaft sleeve f.
d)Usea 2 4 \mathsf {mm } open-end wrench to rotate the hexagonal nut e counterclockwise until it is removed.
e) Remove or replace the new cutter head g one by one.
f) Lock the hexagonal nut e.
g)Finally,install the guide plate assembly b and lock the internal hexagonal fastening screwa.
V. Adjusting the Angle (See Figure E)
Note: Due to the fact that excessive milling operations may cause machine overload,blade damage and poor surface quality of the machined part,the miling depth fora single pass during milling operations should not exceed 6mm.Multiple passes can be carried out to achievea greatermilling effect.Otherwise,itwill reduce the surface quality of the machined part, shorten the machine's service life and increase the blade wear.
a) Loosen hex socket screw h.
b) Then rotate the adjusting handle i.
c) Clockwise rotation reduces the cutting amount,while counterclockwise rotation increases it.
d) Adjust to the desired size,then tighten hex socket screw h.The specific chamfer size can be referred to the scale j.
IV.Adjustment of Feed Rate (See Figure E)
Note: Before adjusting or checking the functions of the tool,please make sure that the machine has been turned off and the power plug has been unplugged.
a) Loosen the internal hexagonal tightening screw a. b) Then rotate the guide plate assembly b. c) Adjust to the desired angle,and then tighten the internal hexagonal screwa.The specific angle can be referred to the scale k.
VI.Groove/Bevel Operation Instructions (See Figure F)
a)Place the beveling machine steadilyabove the workpiece tobe machinedwithoutallowing theblade to comeintocontactwithit.
b)Then turn on the machine switch and wait until the machine reaches its maximum speed.
c) Make the guide plate adhere to the surface of the workpiece and slowly advance it forward in the direction indicated by the arrow.At this time,it is required to keep the guide plate parallel to the surface of the workpiece and advance it at a uniform speed until the final machining is completed.
e) The beveling angle and size can be referred to Figure G.
VIl.Maintenance and Care
Note: Before maintenance or servicing,please make sure to turn off the power switch of the machine and unplug the plug. Do not use gasoline, benzene,thinner,alcohol or similar substances to clean the tools. Otherwise,it may cause the tools to change color,deform or develop cracks.
1.Keep the ventilation opening clean
Theairinletsand outletsof themachine shouldbecleaned regularly orcleaned immediatelywhen they get blocked.
2.Beforeusingthebevelingmachine orduringdailychecks, the following itemsshouldbe includedat least:
a) The tool-using unit must have dedicated personnel to conduct regular inspections.
b) Check if the screws are tightened.
c) Check if there are cracks or damages on the shell and handle.
d) Check if the power cord and power plug are intact.
e) Check if the power switch is normal,flexible,and free from defects or cracks.
f) Check if the rotating partof the output shaft rotates flexibly,smoothly, andwithoutanyobstruction.

AKF12D Operation instruction
Please read the instructions carefullybefore using
1. Start/lock/close (see Figure B)
Note: Before inserting the plug into the power supply,check that the switch is off.
a) Press switch b and the tool starts.
b)Press switch b and at the same time press switch lock key a to lock the openstate.
c)When the chamfer/groove is completed,press switch b and then release it.Switch lock key a will automatically pop open and the machine will be in the off state.
2.Feed adjustment (see Figure C)
Note:Because too much milling will cause machine overload, blade damage and poor machining surface quality,the miling depth of one stroke should not be greater than 4 \mathsf {mm } when milling, and multiple strokes can be processed to achieve greater milling purposes.Otherwise,it will reduce the quality of the machined surface,shorten the service life of the machine and increase blade loss.
a) Release the adjustment knob c.
b) Then move the adjusting triangle block d backwards and forwards. c) Adjust to the desired size,and then tighten the adjustment knob c.The specific chamfer size can refer to scale e.
3.Replace and install blades (see Figure C and D)
Note:Be sure to use the original AocKE Ojian blade.
Note:When replacing the blade,make sure that the machine is turned off and the power plug is unplugged.
Before using the machine,please check whether the blade is worn, worn or blunt blade will affect the quality of the groove and shorten the service life of the machine.
The cutter head is installed with four blades,each blade has four cutting edges (four sides).When the cutting edge of the blade becomes dull, rotate both blades 9 0 ^ { \circ } to use the new cutting edge. When all 16 cutting edges of the 4 blades are blunt,replace them withnew blades.
Performthe followingstepseach timeyou replacea blade
a) Remove the adjustment knob c.
b)Take out the adjusting triangle block d.
c) Use the included 4mmT spanner to tighten the hexagon headless screw f counterclockwise,and the block gwill move upward at the same time.
d) Rotate or replace a new blade.
e) Finally,follow the above steps to lock the hexagon headless screw f,adjusting triangle d and adjusting knob c in turn.

4,chamfer/groove operation instructions (see Figure E)

a) Place the beveling machine smoothly over the workpiece to be milled withoutanycontactbetweenthebladeandit.
b)Then turn the machine on and wait until the machine gets the maximum speed.
c) Make the guide plate stick to the surface of the workpiece,push forward slowly in the direction of the arrow, then keep the guide_plate and the surface of the workpiece at a constant speed until the final milling is completed.
e) The size of chamfer/groove can be referred to Figure G.
5.Maintenance and maintenance
Note: Be sure to turn off the power switch and unplug the machine before maintenance or service.Do not use gasoline,benzene,thinner,alcohol or similar items to clean the tool. Otherwise, the tool may be discolored, deformed,or cracked.
1. Keep the vent clean
The inlet and outlet of the machine should be cleaned regularly or cleaned at any time when blockage occurs.
2,Replace the carbon brush (AX series)
Note:AKFl2D is a_permanent magnet brushless motor,no need to replace the carbon brush.
a) Usea screwdriver to remove the handle screwsand remove the handle b) Remove the plug of the carbon brush wire from the pin of the brush holder,pull up the coil spring,and remove the worn carbon brush.
c) Replace with a new carbon brush.
3, beveling machine before use or daily inspection should include at least the following items:
a)The tool user must have full-time personnel to conduct regular inspections.
b) Check whether the screwsare fastened.
:)Whether the shell and handle are cracked or damaged.
d) Whether the power cord and power plug are intact.
e) Whether the power switch is normal and flexible,and whether there is defect or rupture.
f) Whether the rotating part of the output shaft rotates flexibly,lightly and without blocking phenomenon.
g) Check whether the guide bearing is damaged or loose.
n) Check whether the blade is damaged or blunted.
i) Theworkpiece surface is not smooth,easy to impact,damage the blade,operation chamfer to avoid impact.
j) The machine advances too fast or the amount of a single milling is too large,resulting in poor milling quality,damage to the blade and the motor.

AKF12C/AX12C Operation instructions

I. Start/lock/close (see Figure B)
Note: Before inserting the plug into the power supply,check that the switch is off.
a) Press switch b and the tool starts.
b)Press switch band at the same time press switch lock key a to lock the openstate.
c)When the chamfer/groove is completed,press switch b and then release it.Switch lock key a will automatically pop open and the machine will be in the off state.
li. Feed adjustment (see Figure C)
Note: Because too much milling will cause machine overload,blade damage and poor machining surface quality, the milling depth of one stroke should not be greater than 4mm when milling,and multiple strokes can be processed to achieve greatermilling purposes. Otherwise, it will reduce the quality of the machined surface,shorten the service life of the machine and increase blade loss.
a) Loosen the hex socket headless screw c.
b) By rotating the adjusting ring d,drive the guide plate to realize the cutter head feed.
c)Adjust to the required size,and then tighten the hexagon headless screw c.The specific groove size can refer to scalei.
3.Replace and install blades (see Figure C and D)
Note:Be sure to use the original AocKE Ojian blade.
Note: When replacing the blade,make sure that the machine is turned off and the power plug is unplugged.
Before using the machine,please check whether the blade is worn,worn or blunt blade will affect the quality of the groove and shorten the service life of the machine.
The cutter head is installed with 5 blades,each blade has 2 cutting edges (2 long edges).When the cutting edge of the blade becomes dull, rotate bothblades 1 8 0 ^ { \circ } to use the new cutting edge.Whenall10 cutting edges of the 5 blades are blunt,replace them with new blades.
Performthe followingstepseach timeyou replacea blade
a) Loosen the hex socket headless screw c.
b) Rotate the adjusting ring d clockwise to rotate the guide plate to the lowest point.
c) Use the included T15 wrench to loosen the torx screwe counterclockwisetosecure theblade.
d) Rotate or replace a new blade f.
e)Finally,follow theabovestepsto lock the torxscrewe,adjustthe groove size,and lock the hexagonal headlessscrewc.
4.Replace the cutter (see Figure D)
Note: Before adjusting or checking the tool function,make sure that the machine is turned offand unplug the power
The machine by changing different Angle cutter head to achieve different Angle bevelling operation,the optional cutter head has30 degree Angle, 37.5degree Angle,45degree Angle,60 degree Angle.
a) Hold down the spindle lock key.
b)Use the included 6mm hex wrench to turn the hex screw g counterclockwise until removed.
c) Remove guide wheel h and cutter head j.
d) Replace new cutterhead j.
e) Install the guide wheel h and tighten the hex socket screw g according to the preceding steps.
b)Then turn the machine on and wait until the machine gets the maximum speed.
a) Place the beveling machine smoothly over the workpiece to be milled withoutanycontactbetweenthebladeandit.
c)When the curve and straight edge chamfering,the guide wheel is pushed forward slowlyagainst the workpiece surface (see Figure E) in the feeding direction,then it is required to keep the guidewheeland guide plate in line with the workpiece surface and at a constant speed until the final milling is completed.
d) When chamfering the inner and outer round holes,make the guide wheel stick to the workpiece surface around the inner circle or outer circle to advance one circle to achieve chamfering,if necessary,can be around two or more circles to obtain the best chamfering effect.The cutting direction is shown in Figure F.
5.Chamfer/groove operation instructions (see Figure E)
e) The Angle and size of the groove can be referred to Figure G.
6.Maintenance and maintenance
Note: Be sure to turn offthe power switch and unplug the machine before maintenance or service.Do not use gasoline,benzene,thinner,alcohol or similar items to clean the tool. Otherwise, the tool may be discolored, deformed,or cracked.
1. Keep the vent clean
The inlet and outlet of the machine should be cleaned regularly or cleaned at any time when blockage occurs.
2, beveling machine before use or daily inspection should include at least the following items:
a)The tool user must have fulltime personnel to conduct regular inspections.
b) Check whether the screws are fastened.
c)Whether the shell and handle are cracked ordamaged.
d) Whether the power cord and power plug are intact.
e) Whether the power switch is normal and flexible,and whether there is defect or rupture.
f) Whether the rotating part of the output shaft rotates flexibly,lightly and without blocking phenomenon.
g) Check whether the guide bearing is damaged or loose.
h) Check whether the blade is damaged or blunted.

Maintenance Tips (Based on Practical Experience)
1.AlwaysuseAOCKEoriginalfactoryaccessoriesandattchments forassembly,which issimple,safeand reliable.
2.Conduct a preliminary inspection and safety check on the returned tools.
3. Use special tools if necessary.
4.Ensurethathetwohalvesofthehousingcanbefullyosedwhenclosingtheusing.Otherwise,omepartsmaystllhaveproblemsor
the sealing ring may be damaged due to the screws being tightened too tightly.
5.Mixingotherlubricantswith theoriginallubricants willweaken thelubricationefectduetodiferentformulations.
6.Assemble the parts separately first,and then complete the overallassembly.
7.If possible,start the assembled motorata low voltage,such as 50V\~.
8.Do not tighten the housing on the rotor bearing too tightly.
9.Iftherearesratchesonteotorthatubgaistetatorcoilheckthestatorseatsleeeoucanimproetheseatseeyserting
hard cardboard on both sides.
10.The carbon brushes should be able to slide easily in the brush holder.
11. Use a file to slightly chamfer the edges of the carbon brushes to make them easier to install.
12.The commutatorcan be cleaned with a special "CRATEX" grinding pencil.
13.Check if the plug is fixed and not loose.
14.Do notadd grease when adjusting the gear clearance,such as for crown gearsand bevel gears.
