前言

如果世界上要评选最浪漫的事， 浅饮轻酌，以至微融，必能位列三甲烟台地处黄渤海之滨，神奇的北纬37° 多年来， 葡萄美酒的醇香 直氤氩着这座城市烟台的葡萄酒大情怀。133年前，爱国华侨张弼士先生投资300万两白银，在烟台创办了张裕酿酒公司，开创了中国产业化酿造葡萄酒的历史纪元，也为中国近代民族工业的发展做出了巨大贡献。1912年，孙中山生题 品中销导 以示嘉

1987年，烟台被国际葡萄·葡萄酒组织（OIV）授予“国际葡萄·葡萄酒城”的称号，至今仍是亚洲唯获此殊荣的城市。如今，烟台葡萄酒已经有200多家企业，60多个酒庄，产量占到全国的1/3，品牌价值达到860多亿元，稳居全国同行业榜首。

烟台成就了葡萄酒，葡萄酒添彩着 都热爱着这座美丽的城市，热爱着这美妙的葡萄酒。

O If we are required to select the most romantic activity in the world, holding a glass of ine wine in hand and sipping it until getting intoxicated will definitely be included in the list.

magical 37a parallel north traverses Yantai, a city by the Yellow Sea and the Bohai Sea. This city has been enshrouded in aroma of wine for over a century.

Yantai's wine reflects a noble spirit. 133 years ago, a patriotic overseas Chnese named Zhang Bishi invested 3 millon taels of silver and established Changyu Wine-making Company in Yantai, ushering in a historical era for the industrialization of wine making in China and making tremendous contribution to the development of national moder industry. In 1912 Mr.Sun Yat-sen inscribed the words of “品重醴泉 (as sweet as spring water)" for Changyu for commendation.

Yantai's wine values quality. The coastline of more than 1,0oo kilometers in adition to the sunshine in the north temperate zone and the sands in the hils along the coast comply with the 3S principle (sun, sand and sea). Based on these conditions, it won four golden prizes at the 1915 Panama Pacific Intemational Exposition and became widely known It has won over 700 prizes at home and abroad since 2021. Being refreshing, refined, balanced, cool, clean, fine and smooth with a lingering rich aroma, the wine made in Yantai resembles the celestial beings brought up on this land.

Yantai's wine is poetic. With oriental aesthetic conceptions, the names of wine such as Rosy Beads (Cabemet sauvignon), Longing (Sauvignon Blanc) and Jade Liquid (Gewurztraminer) arouse people's wonderful imagination. The poetic sentiment of wine can be traoed to the profound culture of Yantai.

In 1987 Yantai is awarded the honorary title ofthe International Vine & Wine City by the International Organization of Vine and Wine(OIV). It has been the onlycity in Asia to be awardedthis honor.To date, Yantai’s wine has been produced by over 200 busineses and more than 60 chateaus with an output accounting for 1/3 of that of the nation and a brand value at over 86 billion yuan, ranking top in the industry in China.

Yantai contributes to wine, which in turn enriches Yantai. Dwellers and guests in this city of wine are allfond of the beautiful city and its wonderful wine.

冬季的烟台，是中国北方唯一不需要埋土防寒的酸酒葡萄种植产区 O Yantai is the only producing area of wine-making grapes in north China where soil burial is unneoessary to prevent coldness in winter. O Yantai est la seule zone vinicole au nord de la Chine ou 'enfouissement du sol est inutile pour prevenir le froid en hiver.

往事越千年。

在中国，现代葡萄酒的酿造始于爱国华侨张弼士。

92年，张弼士出资白银300万两，在烟台创办张裕酿酒公司，从此开启了中国工业化生产葡萄酒的先河。

1895年，张裕公司酿出了中国第一瓶葡萄酒。15年后，中国第一瓶白兰地在烟台问世。

1912年，孙中山为张裕公司题赠“品重醴泉”，以示嘉勉；康有为赠诗：“浅饮张裕葡萄酒，移植丰台芍药花。更复法华写新句，欣于所遇即为家”。

171V \*\* 年，巴拿马万国博览会，张裕葡萄酿酒公司送展的葡萄酒，一举夺得四枚金奖，来自中国烟台的葡萄酒蜚声国际。
1987年10月，烟台再度迎来高光时刻。国际葡萄·葡萄酒组织（0IV）正式向烟台授予“国际葡萄·葡萄酒城”荣誉称号。

当年栽下的第一株葡萄树，今天已蔚然成为蓬勃的葡萄海岸。
