Fin Type Heat Exchanger
Itadopts thehydrophilic aluminumfoil to reduce the adhesionof water on the aluminum foil and greatly improve the heat exchange efficiency.Thealuminum finsare packedinthecopperand features uniform wind speed.With reasonable array copper pipes, it is installed in "V"-shape to improve heat exchange eficiency and reduce fan noise.The copper tube and aluminum fin are mechanicallyconnectedthrough expansionwith highperformance andstable heat exchange.It is independentlydesignedand manufacturedwithstrict qualitycontrol.Configuringaccording to the placeofuseand process,itensures that the heat transfercoefficient meets thedesignrequirements.
Compressor
The unit adopts famous brand compressor with middle bearing cap toachieve highenergy eficiencyand lowsound level.Theunit runs quieterandmoreeficient,with the scroll designof "contact-freeand wear-free",itcanreduce friction.
Shell and Tube Heat Exchanger
Thecoppertubeof theevaporatoradopts 1 . 1 \mathsf {mm } thick copper heatexchangetube,whichensuresthatall productsmeetthe highrequirementsof high efficiency,energysaving,safety,strong antifouling ability and durability.
According to the customer's use conditionsand water quality factors, different materials of heat exchange tubes can be selected, ensuring the high efficiency and energy saving and service life of the unit. It is independently designed and manufactured with strict quality control.Configuringaccording to the place of useand process, itensures thatthe heattransfercoefficientmeetsthedesign requirements.
Fan
Itadoptsspecial lowenergyconsumptionmotorpatented fannozzle toimprove theairmobilityandreduce thenoise.Motorwaterproof and dustproof grade: IP54,insulation grade:F.
Controller
The controller adopts the highly integrated button-type humanmachine interfacecontrol center,which greatly improvestheantiinterferenceability of the system.
The product adopts plastic shell,which is easy to install.
The front and rear panels exchange data through 485 communication,and the entire system can be integrated or separated.

Heat Recovery Technology
Functioncharacteristics
Recover the condensate heat from chiller units (usually dischargedto theatmosphere bycooling tower),and make effective use of it.For example:a hotel needs both heating (fordomestic hotwater) and cooling in the summer.With the heat recovery cycle,the heat absorbed during cooling canbetransferredtothebuildingwherehotwaterisneeded through heat recovery.In the coolingseason,hotwater above 5 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } can be provided free of charge,and the heat recoveryreaches 3 0 % ~ 1 0 0 % of the unit's cooling capacity.
