本表所列载流量为推荐值,分别依据 IEC 60204-1(设备内部配线)与 IEC 60364-5-52(建筑及设备外部布线)中典型应用条件进
行估算,其中:
1.设备内部配线假设电缆安装于设备或控制柜内,自由空气中非成缆独立布置,环境温度为 30°C,最多三芯导体带载,可视作单芯
布线。
2.外部布线则假设电缆以穿管成束捆扎布线安装于桥架、墙面或穿管中,环境温度为 30°C,具备基本通风条件。
3.两类应用均以常规工业绝缘材质105℃ PVC为基础,参考IEC数据简化经验值推算,如绝缘材质更换为125℃ XLPE,预计载流量可
以在下表基础上提升约15%。
注:由于实际安装环境可能存在敷设密度、冷却条件、绝缘等级、周围热源等差异,表中数值仅供参考,建议根据具体布线方式及热
环境按标准修正系数进行调整,或通过实际测量方式验证,以确保导体长期安全可靠运行。
