Ningbo Dechang Textile Tech Co., Ltd. ( hereinafter referred to as “ Ningbo Dechang”), a company specializes in research, manufacture, sales and service of Compact Spinning Device with around 20 years experience in textile industry. Compact spinning device are of advanced technology and superior performance. As a pioneer in this field, our product breaks the monopolization of foreign technology. Through years of efforts, our product becomes the mainstream domestically meanwhile is largely exported to many countries such as Pakistan, India, Bangladesh, Turkey, Vietnam and Indonesia.
There are three models of compact spinning device can be supplied for different ring frames, i.e. Three Rollers Suction Compact Spinning, Long Frame Suction Compact Spinning and Mechanical Compact Spinning. We have lots of installations on various models of Chinese Jingwei, Erfangji, Best ring frames and Rieter, Toyota (Model RX & RY ), LMW, Zinser ( Model 351, 360, R71&R72 ) as well as worsted ring frames like Cognetex FTC773/774, Zinser 319/421/450/451 ,Japanese Isuzu Kawasaki etc.

Compact spinning solutions will be customized for different ring frames. Generally speaking, there are two main systems i.e. drafting system and suction system. This system can be installed for spinning different fibers in short or long, and its drafting ratio can be changed according to the fibers. Installation and operation is easy. Adjustable negative pressure air, power-saving, concise appearance and high ventilation efficiency all are the advantages of suction system.
Suction Compact System on Worsted Frames
Diameter of condensing cot is small so the front bottom roller doesn't need to be moved backwards. It can reduce the rubber cots cost greatly and also make the yarn piecing and bobbins inserting and pulling out easier. Larger nip distance makes better performance on medium and long staple wool fiber. In consideration of the oil-rich trait of wool fiber, we don't use ceramic insert under aprons in order to avoid the oil accumulation on the ceramic insert and make sure smooth running of apron.
Three Roller Suction Compact System on Worsted Frames
Dechang Three Roller Suction Compact System, which can be installed on worsted machine with 35mm front bottom roller for cashmere, has its advantage in easy erection & maintenance without replacing the existing bottom roller and roller stand. The ring frames could be remained same without any damage. The yarn result is always good due to its adjustable drafting ratio for different fibers. The ceramic inserts on the negative pressure tube are long lasting wear proof with long life. One-piece tension bar makes the mesh aprons mounting and dismounting easier. Our negative pressure tube can easily replace same type German made tube. Easy interchange between conventional yarn spinning & compact yarn spinning because of unique design of roller stand bracket. Machine with spring top arm, the pressure on compact gearbox is from top arm itself so the pressure is constant and stable. Machine with pneumatic top arm, it can make full advantages of its tolerance in big pressure.

Suction Compact System for Long Frames
Dechang Suction Compact System for long frame can be installed on all kinds of short or long ring frames with 1632 spindles, 1824 spindles and 1920 spindles. Ring frames could be remained same without replacing the existing bottom roller and roller stand.
Negative pressure tube with rotating roller will give lower drafting force on the machine bottom roller, so it is possible to be installed on super long frames without making any modification on the machine. Negative pressure tube with longer slot and gearbox with larger drafting distance can be good for spinning medium and long staple fibers. Machine with spring top arm, the pressure on compact gearbox is from top arm so the pressure is constant and stable. Machine with pneumatic top arm, small modification to be done and same arm precision will be maintained. Gearbox and negative pressure tube, which can be adopted for same purpose on the German made same type compact. Easy interchange between conventional yarn spinning & compact yarn spinning because of unique design of roller stand bracket.
Our compact spinning device can be installed on ring frames like FA506, FA1518, DTM129, EJM168, EJM128, G5/1,RY-4, LR6/S, LR9/AX, G35, G33, RX240, RX300, KTTM, Zinser360, Zinser351, Zinser71, Zinser72.

Central Suction System

Single motor & fan supply; Even for 1920 spindles machine, the suction air is enough.
