当大风量、低浓度的VOCs废气通过转轮吸附区时，VOCs成分被吸附材料吸附，达标排放；同时，小风量高温空气穿过吸附饱和区，使已吸附的VOCs挥发脱附，吸附材料恢复吸附能力，形成中高浓度、小风量的脱附废气进入后处理氧化设备进行氧化处理。浓缩后废气氧化需要的能耗可降低95%以上，当VOCs吸附浓度达到350mg/Nm2以上时，基本不能消耗额外的能源。运行成本低、净化率高、持续处理、易于保养维修。

设备配套惰性气体保护系统，脱附过程中当碳层测温信号经过PLC处理判断温度发生异常时，系统自动关闭补冷风阀，惰性气体保护系统自动启动，惰性气体通过脱附管道、电磁阀注入活性炭床内进行脱附，起到防火作用；
设备处于三种状态下（停机、脱附、吸附），保证电柜正常供电，PLC自动全天候对碳层温度进行监控和防范保护；
混流交换器：催化燃烧排出高温烟气\~150℃通过换热器换热后降低至\~90℃再送入活性炭吸附床，用于对活性炭的脱附。

中央除尘系统
除尘系统运行时，各扬尘点所产生的粉尘将被捕集并经吸尘管网输送进入恒压沉降输送槽。粗重料块将沉降至槽底，由恒压沉降槽卸料系统排出进入高压输送管/(迷你刮板)，轻细粉尘则进入袋滤式除尘器进行再次分离。过滤后的洁净空气透过滤袋后由风机排出，被阻留过滤分离出来的粉尘则被沉降至除尘器下锥体，由卸料系统排出到迷你刮板，粉尘进入迷你刮板后，输送到储料仓内储存，当达到一定料量时，由人工打包装袋处理装车由汽车运走。
When dust removal system running, the dust produced by each dust point will be trapping and transported into the constant pressure settlement conveyor trough through the suction pipe network. Heavy blocks will fall into the bottom of the slot, discharge from the constant pressure into the highpressure pipeline settling tank unloading system(mini scraper), the fine dust get into the bag filter dust collector to separate again. After filtering, the clean air filter expelled through filter bag by the fan. The dust removed from the filter is deposited into the cone under the dust collector, which is discharged to the mini scraper by the discharging system. When the dust entersinto mini scraper, it will be transported to the storage silo for storage. When dust amout reaches a certain number, it will be carried out by the manual packing and carry out by car.

簧式圆布袋除尘器中低压除尘系统长期稳定运行设计的除尘器。采用弹簧作为布袋支撑，弹簧的摇摆性使喷吹时布袋的震动性更大，清灰更彻底，而且更换时不需要占用较大的维修空间。采用模块式结构，含尘气流先通过一个沉降室，含尘气流向下流动，在下降过程，会使较粗的粉尘沉降到灰斗，其它粉尘由布袋过滤，干净的空气经除尘器出口，由风机排放。采用锥形布袋，使喷吹气压更均匀，喷吹整体效果更好。DMC-TH布袋除尘器适应范围广，性价比高。广泛应用于家具行业除尘、油漆粉尘过滤、造纸行业、食品行业、铸造行业。
表面处理：高防腐性能镀锌板、喷粉、喷塑处理

Spring-type round bag dust collector is designed for long-term stable operation under medium and low pressure. Using spring as the support of bag, the spring swing make the bag more vibratory and dust clean more thorough, also it will not need to occupy a large amount of maintenance space when replacing.
Adopts modular structure, first the dust airflow through a settling chamber and it flow down, the coarser dust settling into the hopper when falling, other dust filter by bag, and the clean air through the filter come out by fan.
Conical bag is used to make the air pressure more uniform and the overall blowingeffect is better.
