·2DefinitionofModel
DHF(T)1,2,3,4,5,10,15,20 definitionof model:
●3Application Fields
1) House,building water supply,Boiler feeding waterand Fire-Fighting pump.
2)Apartment heating system water circulation pump.
3)Water supplysystem for liquid deliveryand booster pump.
4) Industrial equipment system of liquid circulation, transportation and pressurization.
5)R/O filter equipment used as for ejector.
6) Manufacturing engineering equipment, high pressure washing equipment, beverage production equipment
and other pumps.
Transferred liquid by Pump
1)Thin,cleanand non-flammable liquids,free of solidparticlesand fibers.
2)To ensure pumped liquid willnot chemically cause the pump material to be corrosive.
3)Ifallthe Equipment systemmaterial made bystainlesssteel which components in contact with liquid,DHF model pump recommended to apply
4)If thespecific gravityorviscosityoftheconveying mediumis higherthan water, pleasecontact themanufacturer,to recalculate the motor power according to the specific gravity and viscosity.
·4Technical Data
4.1Ambient temperatureandaltitude
1) DHF-type pump'sambient temperature is from + 5 ^ { \circ } C to + 4 0 ^ { \circ } C ,the maximum altitude of 1 0 0 0 { m } ifthe ambient temperature exceeds the above temperature or pump installed above the maximum altitude, the motor must not be fully loaded run, otherwise will cause the danger of overheating. 2)Overheating is mainly caused byoverheating of ambient temperature or lowair density leading to poor motor cooling effect. In this case, higher power motor should be chosen.
3)If both the maximum temperatureand the maximum altitudeexceed thealowable range, thepercent age of output power of motor reduction should be calculated by times of two numbers.
4.2Minimum InletPressure
Themaximumsuctioninmeters can be calculated by following formula:
Pb \mathbf { \tau } = \mathbf { \tau } Atmospheric pressure in bar.
NPSH \mathbf { \sigma } = \mathbf { \sigma } Pump's NPSH can beread from the pump's maximumflowrateintheperformancecurvemarked in the catalogue.
Hf \mathbf { \sigma } = \mathbf { \sigma } Friction loss in the water inlet pipe at the maximum flow rate required by the pump.
Hv \mathbf { \sigma } = \mathbf { \sigma } Gasification pressure of the transport medium at servicetemperature.
Hs \mathbf { \sigma } = \mathbf { \sigma } Safety margin,to take O.5metersas thesmallest.
IfthecalculatedHispositivenumber, themaximumallowable suction lift for the pump is Hmeter. If thecalculated Hnegativenumber, theminimum inlet pressure should be required to reach H meter.
4.3Maximuminlet pressure
The maximum allowable inlet pressure for the pump is stipulated on page O4 in the catalogue.
4.4The temperatureof the conveyingmedium
Pump's conveyingmedium temperature range from - 1 5 ^ { \circ } C to + 1 1 0 ^ { \circ } C 元
●5 Installation
Wheninstallng thepump, thepumpmustbedrlledonahorizontal, smooth hardfoundationandbolted, according to the following procedures for installation.
Step 1
Toconfirm thedirection of inletand outletofmedium.
Step 2
To check the pump catalogue,to determine the distance between the pump inlet and outlet, center height, size and distance of anchor bolt and other parameters, the pipeline and the foundation must be matched with the catalogue size.
Step 3
Pump installed as shown, but the motor cannot be installedbelowthe installation level, also cannot be installed upside down.
Step 4
In order to reduce noise,it is advisable to install expansionjointsonbothendsof thepump.Installisolation valves ateach end of the pump to prevent system discharge if pumpcleaning, maintenance, and replacement are required.
Step 5
Ensure no cavitation during pipe installation, especially on the suction side of the pump.
Step 6
If installationappearedoneofthefollowing features, installavacuumvalveintheimmediatevicinityofthe pumpsuggested.
1) The discharge line slides down in the direction away from the pump. 2) Siphon phenomenon may occur. 3)Necessaryto stop the backwash of unclean water.
5.1Foundation
We recommend installng the pump ona concrete foundation, which must be sufficient to provide a permanent, consistentsupportof thepumpasawhole. The foundationmustbeable toabsorb vibration, normal stress or impact.Theconcretefoundation mustbeabsolutely horizontalandthesurface flat, with the pumpon the foundaThe explanation of the length, width, height of foundation:
Lengthandwidthof foundationmustbeover 2 0 0 ~ \mathsf {mm } ormore than the pump base. The basic weight must be greater than 1.5times the total weightof the pump. The minimum height of the foundation can be calculated based on the concrete weight, densityand foundation length and width.
h _ { { { r } } } = / { m _ { { { p u m p } } } x 1 . 5 } { L _ { { { r } } } x B _ { { { r } } } x \ell } Concretedensity6 usuallycalculated based on 22ookg/m
Installation innoise-freeoperation is particularly important,it is recommended thatfoundation weight should be 5 times than thepumpweight. After the foundation bolts placed, thepumpcan be placed ona foundationand,if necessaryleveledwithagasketat thispoint tohold thewaterpumpinacompletelyhorizontal position.
5.2Damping to Reduce Vibration
If damping is used, theshockabsorbermustbe mountedunderneath the foundation.Instal theshockabsorber as shown below.
5.3Outdoor Installation
For outdoor installation, arain shelter should be used to coverand protect the motorand pump.
5.4InstallationPrecautions
1)Motorshould be installed inaventilated,dry,ice-free place.
2)In order to facilitate the pumpand motor maintenance, there should allowsuffcient space, with motor 4kW below, pump should be set aside for more than 5 0 0 \mathsf {mm } above the space.Equipped with higher than 5.5kW motor,pumpshouldbesetasidemorethan1meterofspace.
3)During the Pipeline instalation, pipe weight, valve weight, and weightof pipefitings cannot bewithstood on the pump, pipe and pump joints to use seals for sealing.
4)If need to install pressure gauge and flowmeter, the pump inletand outlet pressure measurement pointsare generallylocated in the importflangeupstreamand downstreamof theoutletflange twice thepipe diameter distance, the upstreamof theelectromagnetic flowmeter straight pipe length should be greaterthan 5times Pipediameter distance;the downstream straightpipe length should be greater than 3times the pipe diameter distance;measuring point 4 times the pipe diameter distance,Noany elbowexisted.
5)When the pump is used for self-priming,a water inletplug and a bleeder plug in the drain pipe should be used inorder to facilitate thefilingof liquidand exhaust gas.At the same time,to installte bottom valve, whichatleast 0 . 5 \mathsf { m } below than the liquid surface, see 4.2.
5.5OutletPositionSelection
The pump canbebasedonspecialneeds tochooseadiferent exit location, ifnecessary, please specifyinthe order.See below.
·6 Precaution Notices
6.1Precaution notices
