Introduction to spiral sand washing machine螺旋洗砂机主要有单螺旋和双螺旋两种。

螺旋洗砂机常用于砂石厂、矿山、建材、交通、化工、水利水电、混凝土搅拌站等行业对物料的清洗,它能除去覆盖在砂石表面的杂质,通过破坏包覆在砂石的水汽层，以利于脱水，起到高效洗砂作用。该设备具有结构简单、工作可靠、操作方便等特点。

机械设备安装的好坏，试车的有无，不仅反映在生产是否正常，更重要的是直接影响到机械设备的使用寿命。

机器经检查无外伤、螺钉无松动，即可安装。螺旋洗砂机应牢靠地安装在浇注好的混凝土(钢构)的基础上。基础设计应具有很好的支撑作用，尽量减少对螺钉的剪切力。

1.螺旋洗砂机安装前必须将机器零部件清洗干净，各润滑管路要畅通清洁。 2.检查各零部件是否齐全，有无损伤，以及安装工具准备情况,然后才能进行螺旋洗砂机安装工 作。 3.根据螺旋洗砂机安装图、基础设计图，检查位置，尺寸及斜支座与地脚螺旋或预埋钢板连接紧 固情况,确保基础平整、坚固、水平，能承受设备运行时的全部动、静载荷。 4.螺旋洗砂机水槽已在制造厂总装焊接成一体,可以直接安装在基础上,核证其倾斜角、尺寸无 误后，就可焊接。 5.由专业人员按照电气原理图连接电机和控制柜。确保接地可靠。接线完成后检查电机转向是 否正确 (螺旋旋转方向应使物料向上提升)。 1.Before the installation ofthespiralsand washing machine,the machine parts must be cleaned,and the lubrication pipelines should be smooth and clean. 2.Check whether the parts are complete,whether there is damage,and the preparation of the installation tools,and then the installation of the spiralsand washing machine can be carried out. 3.According to the installation drawing and foundation design drawing of the spiral sand washing machine,check the position,sizeand fasteningofthe connection between the oblique supportand theanchorspiralorembedded steelplate toensure thatthefoundation is flat,firm and horizontal,and can withstand all the dynamic and static loads when the equipmentis running. 4.The screw sand washing machine sink has been assembled and welded into one in the manufacturing plant,which can be directly installed on the foundation,and can be welded afterverifyingthatits inclination angleand size are correct. 5.Connectthe motorand thecontrolcabinetby professionals accordingto theelectrical schematic.Ensure reliable grounding.After the wiring is completed,check whether the motor is turned correctly (the direction of spiral rotation should make the material lift upwards).

螺旋洗砂机安装完毕后，首先要空载试机，设备启动后看减速机有无异响，大小齿轮(或其他传动结构)啮合是否正常，轴承温度是否正常，螺旋部分是否摆动，螺旋转向是否正确(空载试机已在制造车间完成,现场需观察螺旋转向),螺旋是否有被异物卡阻。空载试机后向螺旋洗砂机水槽内添加物料，观察设备运行情况，直至设备设计产量。

Aftertheinstallation ofthespiralsand washing machine,thefirstthingtodois to testthe machine without load,and see ifthe reducer has any abnormal noise after the equipment is started,whetherthe meshing ofthe large and smallgears (or other transmission structures) is normal,whether the bearing temperature is normal,whether the spiral part swings, whether the spiral steering is correct (the no-load test machine has been completed in the manufacturing workshop,and the spiralsteering needs to beobserved on site),and whether the spiralis blocked byforeign objects.Afterthe no-load test,add materials to the water tank of the spiral sand washer,and observe the operation of the equipment until the design outputof the equipment.

(1)运转条件

1.任何部位的油不许落入水槽内。

2.各部轴承和减速机润滑状态良好，不易加油处应以油管引到方便处加油，减速机按要求加注润滑油，轴承座加注合适量润滑脂。

3.联轴器、皮带、开式齿轮处须有牢固可靠的防护罩，传动皮带松紧度适中，电器设施灵敏可靠。

润滑系统：

检查减速机油量及开式齿轮润滑脂是否充足。

检查皮带松紧程度；

电气装置：

检查电器开关是否完好。

Lubrication system:

Check whether the oil quantity of the reducer and the grease of the open gear are sufficient.

All partsof the body:

Check whether the screws and keys are loose;

Check the tightness of the belt;

切入电源，按下启动按钮；注意有无异常变化；打开水门开关。

4.严禁带负荷启动,如螺旋叶片被矿砂埋住,可用清水冲洗并打开螺旋水槽底部清淤阀,让矿砂 与水一起排走。矿砂排走后方可启动。
5.启动后不得用手等触摸旋转部分和随意移动防护罩。
6.严禁湿手操纵电器开关等。
7.所有的减速机开机前都需加油。

(3)运行中维护及重点检查内容

1.检查各轴承温度变化情况，正常情况下轴承温升应在 4 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 范围内，轴承温度不得超过 7 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ，如超过 7 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 应及时停机查明原因并消除；

各个加油点是否清洁，给油情况是否正常。

1.机体各部：各部螺栓有无松动；是否有异常振动及响声。

2.电动机：

温升不得超过 6 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } ，有否异常响声，振动及气味；
电压、电流显示在正常额定范围内，并无异常波动。

3.尾部密封：

尾轴组合与机壳组合配合处为(硅胶圈 ^ + 盘根)密封结构，如尾部出现漏水现象，可通过适当压紧硅胶圈或更换硅胶圈和盘根以起到密封作用。

4.根据出砂洁净度和溢流情况，调整给料量和水流量，以达到最佳洗净效果和处理能力。

5.注意槽体水位是否稳定。

3.Tail sealing:

If there is water leakage at the tail,the silicone ring can be properly pressed or replaced with the silicone ring and packing to playa sealing role.

4.Adjust the feeding amount and water flow rate according to the cleanliness and overflow of the sand to achieve the best cleaning effect and treatment capacity.

5.Payattention to whether the waterlevel of the tank is stable.

(4)停车的操作顺序及注意事项

1.接到停车通知后，按下列停车次序进行：

停止向螺旋洗砂机给料

停止给水

待槽体内矿砂全部排完后，按下停止按钮停车

2.无通知停电或发生故障时，立即按下按钮,并停止给水。

3.电器发生故障时应立即切断电源，并通知电工检修，不得擅自进行处理。

减速机采用的润滑油型号，应根据使用地点、气温等条件来决定。建议使用的润滑油型号为美孚MOBILGEAR600，不同温度下使用的型号如下表：

4.做好维修检查及保养记录，并妥善保管，以使出现故障时分析原因。
