SCP系列卫生型离心泵可广泛适用于各类液体物料的输送，如乳品、啤酒、饮料、医药、生物工程、精细化工等领域。它不但可以输送普通的低、中粘度溶液，也可以输送含悬浮物或有腐蚀性的溶液。卫生型离心泵的形式为单级、单吸、开式叶轮。泵壳、叶轮经精心设计，减小了阻力，彻底消灭了卫生死角。由于其特殊的结构，所以提高了泵内液体的流速，从而提高了泵的整体性能，且易于清洗，具有卓越的卫生性能。它可以满足产品对卫生、柔性处理的要求并具有耐化学腐蚀性能。

标准设计：

SCP泵由以下部分组成：标准的马达、叶轮、泵壳、卫生机械密封。它具有专为就地清洗系统(CIP)设计的内部无死角的可清洗的密封。SCP泵有一个锈钢的外罩可保护马达，还有四个可调节的不锈钢支脚。

封：

SCP泵装有一个平衡型单端面机械封或一个可冲洗的平衡型单端面机械密封。这两种机械密封的静环由AISI316L钢内嵌碳化硅成石墨构成，动环则由碳化硅制成。

转子泵又称胶体泵，三叶泵，鞋底泵等。依靠两同步反向转动的转子(齿数为2-4)在旋转过程中于进口处产生吸力(真空度，从而吸入所要输送的物料。两转子将转子室分隔成几个小空间，并按a→b→c→d的次序动转。运转至位置a时，只有Ⅰ室中充满介质；到位置b时，B室中封闭了部分介质；到位置c时，A室中也封闭了介质；到位置d时，A、B室与II室相通，介质即被输送至出料口。如此循环往复，介质(物料)即被源源不断地输送出。

As this process is repeated,medium(material)is transpor -ted continuously.

乳化罐 Emulsifying Tank

高剪切乳化罐是目前国内乳品、饮料、食品等行业最先进的混合设备。高速乳化头工作时将转子中心的物料高速抛向定子，通过定子的齿间隙，在转子和定子之间通剪切、碰撞、粉碎而达到乳化的目的。是集混合、乳化、均质、溶解、粉碎等功能于一体的设备。

本设备采用底部叶轮高速转动，转带为1440转/分钟，使物料在搅拌、挤压和剪切等物理作用下快速混合，是同类产品中效果最好的产品。

本设备适用于糖类、奶粉类、淀粉乳化稳定剂类以及胶体类等物料。

发酵罐Fermentation

发酵罐适用于酸奶及乳酸饮料母液发酵、酝酿、佐料、制药、化工及真菌培植，其作用可加热、保温及冷却，为全封闭卫生型发酵专用设备。容量可有300-2000L多种不同规格。

原理：

利用浸在发酵液中的转子迅速旋转，导致液体和空气在离心力的作用下向外边缘运动，慢慢会导致转子附近的压力越来越大，所以酵罐转子的转子变的更快。由于转子的空膛与大气相通，发酵罐外的空气通过过滤器不断地被吸入，随即甩向叶轮外缘，再通过异向叶轮使气液均匀分布甩出。转子的搅拌，又使气液在叶轮周围形成强烈的混合流，空气泡被粉碎，气液充分混合。

UHT超高温瞬时来菌机适用于鲜乳、果汁、饮料、棒冰、及冰淇淋浆料、酱油、豆浆、炼乳、酒类等液体物料的瞬时来菌，也可以用于流体物料的来菌。本设备的进料与出料均采用三通旋塞，流量可以根据需要调节，使用可靠。

分类：

1、按加热方式分为：蒸汽加热、电加热

2、按控制方式有：手动超高温瞬时来菌机和全自动超高温瞬时不菌机

原理：

物料一般由离心泵输送入灭菌机里，使冷料与热料进行热交换而得到预热，再经过高温桶，物料被迅速加热到杀菌温度并在此前后保持约3秒，其中的微生物及酶类很快被杀灭。物料出高温桶后热料通过与冷料的热交换获得冷却，一般温底低于65℃。
