风机性能曲线 Fan Performance Curves
风机性能曲线,能够以图形表示的方式,清晰地展示不同类型和不同尺寸的风机各自特点。它通常包括从自由输送(即无阻碍的气流)到无输送(即气流完全被密封的系统)的全部范围,气体的流量qv可由以下一个或多个参数表示:
·静压Ps
·全压Pt
·功率N
·风机静压效率
·风机全压效率nt
如下图是一个典型的风机性能曲线。这些曲线一般均按照适当的工业测试标准进行实验室测试,测试通常是在标准大气状态下进行。标准大气状态,通常是指海拔高度 0 \mathsf { m } ,温度 2 0 ^ { \circ } C ,大气压力101.325kPa时,输送相对湿度 5 0 % ,密度 \scriptstyle 1 . 2 \ k {kg } / \mathsf { m } 3 的空气。

系统阻力曲线 System Resistance Curves
系统阻力是指风道系统中过滤器、蒸发器、冷凝器、挡板、风阀及管道沿程等所有压力损失的总和。它通常与通过系统的气体流量正相关。典型的系统阻力曲线如下所示。

工况点Operating point
风机在系统运行的工况点,是由系统阻力曲线与风机风量静压曲线的相交点来确定的。通常结合风机的效率曲线,将工况点设置在效率曲线的高效点附近,能够更大的发挥风机性能与节约能源。
The operating pointofthe fan in the system is determined by the intersection point of the system resistancecurveand thefanairvolume static pressure curve.Usuallycombined with theeficiencycurve of thefan,theoperating pointisset nearthe high eficiency pointof theefficiencycurve,which cangive greaterplay tothe performance of the fan and save energy.
对于既定的风道系统,系统阻力曲线并不是一成不变的。如当过滤器有污物,盘管开始凝结水分,或出口调节阀改变了位置时,系统阻力曲线就会有变化。此时,对应的设计阻力与实际阻力不同,工况点将会变化,静压与风量将与设计点不同。在很多情况下,风机的实际输出与计算输出之间有差别,它是由于系统阻力的变化而产生的,并不是风机或电机的原因。如下图,实际系统比预设的有更多的阻力损失,则风量减少,静压增加。
Foragivenduct system,thesystemresistance curve is not static.If there isdirtin thefilter,thecoilbegins to condense water,ortheoutlet regulator changes its position,the system resistance curve willchange.In this case, thecorresponding design resistance is diferent from theactualresistance,and theoperating point willchange.In many cases,the diference between theactualoutputofthe fanandthecalculated outputiscaused by changes in theresistanceof the system,notbythefan or motor.As shown below,theactualsystem has more resistance loss than the preset,so the air volume decreases and the static pressure increases.
风机选型原则Principlesof Fan Selection
风机选型时,首先要确定系统所需的风量和压力,即工况点。我们想要得到多少风量,就需要克服相应的系统阻力。请参考“风机基础”中工况点的确认原则。明晰工况需求后,根据图册可以很快确认风机的尺寸范围。
其次,确认安装空间的尺寸与风机尺寸的匹配是否适宜。尽量不要在较小的空间内安装较大尺寸的风机,这样做会增加系统阻力,使得工况点偏移,同等风量下需要克服更大的阻力,得不偿失。
再次,确认风机的使用环境,电气环境,控制方式,安装方式等。这些信息请尽可能提供,给我们的业务经理与技术经理,越详细越好。这样就可以在满足使用需求的条件下,匹配性价比更高的产品。
When selecting thefan,we should firstdetermine the airvolume and pressre required bythe system,that is, the operating point.How much airvolume we want to get,we need to overcome the correspondingsystem resistance.Please refertotheprincipleofconfirmingtheoperating pointin "Fan Foundation".Afterclarifying the working conditions,the size range of the fan can be quickly confirmed according to the chart.
Secondly,confirm whetherthe sizeof the installation space matches the sizeofthefan.Try notto install a larger size fanin asmallerspace,which willincrease the resistanceofthe systemand make the operating point offset.Under the same airvolume,itis necessary to overcome greater resistance,which outweighs the loss.
Again,confirm the useof the fan environment,electrical environment,control mode,installation mode and so on.Please provideas much informationas posible toour business managerand R&D manager,as much detail as posible.Inthisway,wecan match products with highercost performanceundertheconditionof meeting the use requirements.
温度和海拔高度对空气的影响 Effectsof Temperatureand Altitude
在实际的选型过程中,有些风机的应用场合分布在不同的海拔和温度环境下,此时环境对气体的密度影响很大。风机性能曲线不能直接应用于选型,需要作相应的换算调整,才能明确工况点。
温度和海拔高度对空气的影响,可用以下公式表示:

可知,在同一系统下,空气密度变化与系统总水头损失系数hw无关,空气密度变化与系统压力损失呈一次函数关系。对既定风机系统,海拔高度与温度的变化体现在空气密度上。空气密度的变化对性能曲线图将呈现如下特性:风机在设计工况点的风量值始终不会变化,但静压与功率会随密度线性变化,其变化比率等于大气密度修正系数。

It can beseen that under the same system,the airdensity change has nothingtodo with the total head loss coefficient (hw)of the system,and the air density change is a function of the pressure loss.
Fora given fansystem,changes inaltitudeand temperaturearereflected inairdensity.The changeofairdensity will showthefollowing characteristicson theperformance curve: theairvolumevalueofthefanatthe design workingpoint willneverchange,butthestatic pressureand powerwillchangelinearlywith the density.Therateof change is equal to the atmospheric density correction factor.

在当地大气状态与标准状态差异较大时,如果直接使用标准大气状态的风机计算工况点,则所选风机在当地状态下工作时,风机性能与设计目标会相差很大。应当由当地大气状态计算风机在当地的实际风机性能曲线,从而准确达成工况点匹配,选择合适的风机
Whenthe difference between thelocalatmospheric state and the standardatmospheric state is large,if the fan withthe standard atmospheric stateisdirectlyused tocalculate theoperating point,theperformanceof the selectedfan willbegreatly diferentfrom the design goal when the fan works in thelocalstate.The actualfan performance curveofthefaninthelocalarea should becalculatedby the localatmospheric state,soastoaccurately achieve the matching of the operating point and select the appropriate fan.
风机选型流程Fan Selection Process
1、确认工况点:风量、静压; 2、确认风机类型、安装空间尺寸; 3、确认风机的使用环境、电气环境等; 4、由1、2、3点,初步筛选符合的标准产品规格; 5、确认控制方式、安装方式等; 6、确认直供、引线、接插件等; 7、确认认证需求; 8、由5、6、7点,确认筛选的产品是否符合需求; 9、若经过8点确认可行,可直接与业务经理下单;否则,可与业务经理提出对应需求,缔约开发计划,达成合作后进行改型 开发与定制开发。 1.Confirm the operating conditions:airflow and static pressure; 2.Confirm the type of fan and the size of installation space; 3.Confirm the operating environment and electrical environment of the fan; 4.From 1,2and 3 points,preliminary screening meets the standard product specifications; 5,Confirm the control mode,installation mode,etc. 6,Confirm accessories,leads,connectors,etc.; 7.Confirm the certification requirements; 8.Confirm whether the screened products meet the requirements at 5,6and 7 points; 9.If it isconfirmed feasible at8points,youcan directlyplacean order with the business manager;Otherwise, correspondingrequirements can be putforward with the businessmanager,and the development plan can be concluded.After thecooperation is reached,the modified developmentand customizeddevelopment can be carried out.
