排油量调整方法 Adjustmentofoildischargequantity

1、松开锁紧螺母。
2、旋转调整螺母至所需刻度线。
3、拧紧锁紧螺母。
1、Loosen the lock nut.
2、Turn the adjusting nut to the required scale line.
3、Tighten the lock nut.

注意/Note:

调整排量时必须切断电源且确认活塞杆处于未上升状态。
←调整排量范围必须在2.5-5.5ml刻度线之间，超过极限会损坏机件或无法排油。
可手动供油，把活塞杆向上拉至上限后松手即可，润滑泵会自行复位，完成一次供油， 不得强制按压活塞杆，且必须切断电源且确认活塞杆处于未上升状态。
←When the displacement isadjusted,cut off the power supply to ensure the piston rod dose not rise.
←The range of adjusting the displacement shall be the scale line of 2.5- 5.5ml,and thepartswillbedamagedoroil discharge isdisabled if the limitisexceeded.
Manual oil supply isacceptable,which can beachievedby pullingup the pistonrodto theupperlimitandreleasingit;then,the lubricatingthe lubricating pumpwill beautomatically reset to complete one oil supply. Dotoforcepressingthepistonrod,andbesuretocutoffthepower supplyand that the piston rod is not raised.

卸压式工作原理/Workingprinciple

1、储油前：润滑泵开始运转，输送出润滑剂，主管路压力开始上升。

l.Beforeoiltorage:Thelubricatingpumpstartstoworktoinputlubricant,sothepressureofthemainpipelinestartstogoup.

2、储油中：主管路中的压力润滑剂压缩皮碗，油剂进入容室，迫使活塞克服弹簧力开始上升，同时指示杆伸出。

2.Duringstorage:Thepressurelubricantinthemainpipelinecompressesterubbercup;theoilngagententersthechambertoforce thepiston overcome the force of thespring to goup.At thesame time,the indicating arm stretches out.

3、储油完毕：主管路压力达到额定值，活塞移至底部，储油完毕。

3.Afterstorage:Afterthepressureofthemainpipelinereachestheratedvalue,thepistonmovestothebottm,andoilstorage completes.

4、排油中：润滑泵停止工作，其卸荷阀自行开启，主管路内压力油剂通过卸荷阀卸压，使得容室内的油压大于主管路内的油压，皮碗移动打开出油孔，并关闭进油口，活塞在弹簧的作用下开始回复，容室内的油通过出油孔排出，指示杆缩回。

加压式工作原理/Workingprinciple

1、排油前：润滑泵开始运转，输送出润滑剂，主管路压力开始上升。

3、排油完毕：主管路压力达到额定值，同时活塞移至上容室顶部，排油完毕。

4、计量中：润滑泵停止工作，其卸荷阀自行开启，使主管路内压力油剂通过卸荷阀卸压，计量件中的活塞在弹簧的作用下开始回复，同时皮碗回复封闭计量件进油口，则活塞把储存在下容室内的油剂通过芯杆小孔压送到上容室，为下次供油做准备。

调整步骤：

1、松开紧定螺钉。
2、向右旋转调压螺母增大发讯压力值，向左旋转调压螺母减小发讯压力值。
3、调整完毕拧回紧定螺钉。
* 当调压螺母调整到最高或最小发讯压力值的位置时就会旋转不动了，此时不 可再旋转其，不然会损坏内部机件。
←Adjustment steps:
1.Unscrewthe set screw.
2.Rotate the pressureadjustingnut to the right to increase the pressureof thecommunicator,androtate thepressureadjustingnuttothe leftto lower the pressure of the communicator.
3.Afteradjustmentiscompleted,screwbackthesetscrew.
←When the pressure adjusting nut isadjusted to positions of maximumor minimumcommunicatorpressure,itcannotberotatedanymoreat this time,or the internal partswill bedamaged.
