SNDCM1 系列塑料外壳式断路器 ( 以下简称断路器 ), 是本厂采用国际先进设计、制造技术研制、开发的新型断路器之一，按照其额定极限
分断能力 (1cu) 的高低，分为 C 型 ( 基本型 )、L 型 ( 标准型 )、M 型 ( 较高分断型 )、H 型 ( 高分断型 ) 四类。该产品具有体积小、分断高、
飞弧短、抗振动的特点，是陆地及船舶使用的理想产品。其额定绝缘电压 800 伏 (SNDCM1-63 为 500V) 适用于交流 50Hz、690V 及以下
的电路中作不频繁起动之用。断路器具有过载、短路和欠电压保护装置，能保护线路及电源设备不受损坏。本断路器可垂直安装 ( 即竖装 )，
亦可水平安装 ( 即横装 )。
本产品符合标准 IEC60947-2、GBl4048.2 要求。
SNDCM1 series plastic case circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is one of the new circuit breakers developed by
our factory with international advanced design and manufacturing technology. According to its rated limit breaking capacity (1CU),
it is divided into four categories: type C (basic type), type L (standard type), type m (higher breaking type) and type H (high breaking
type). The product has the characteristics of small volume, high breaking height, short arcing and anti vibration. It is an ideal
product for land and ship use. Its rated insulation voltage is 800V (500V for sndcm1-63), which is suitable for infrequent starting in
circuits with AC 50Hz, 690V and below. The circuit breaker has overload, short circuit and undervoltage protection devices, which
can protect the line and power supply equipment from damage. The circuit breaker can be installed vertically (i.e. vertically) or
horizontally (i.e. horizontally).
This product meets the requirements of iec60947-2 and gbl4048.2.

当电压下降 ( 甚至缓慢下降 ) 到额定电压的 70% 和 35% 范围内，欠电压脱扣器应动作 ; 欠电压脱扣器在电源电压低于脱扣器电压的 35%
时 , 欠电压脱扣器应能防止断路器闭合 ; 电源电压等于或大于 85% 时，应能保证断路器闭合。特别提醒：装有欠电压脱落器，只有在欠电
压通以额定电压的情况下，断路器才能正常分合闸。

SNDCM1L 系列塑料外壳式漏电断路器 ( 以下简称漏电断路器 ), 是本厂采用国际先进设计、制造技术研制、开发的新型断路器之一，适用
于交流 50Hz, 额定电压压至 400V，额定电流 16A 至 630A 的电路中。
其主要功能是对有致命危险的触电提供间接接触保护。额定剩余动作电流不超过 0.03A 漏电断路器在其它保护措施失效时，也可作为直接
接触的补充保护，但不能作为唯一的直接接触保护。同时还可用来防止由于接触故障电流而引起的电气火灾。并可用来保护线路的过载、
短路。亦可作为线路的不频繁转换之用。
漏电断路器具有体积小 ( 和相对应的塑壳断路器体积相等 )、分断高、飞弧短及剩余动作电流、剩余电流动作时间可调节等特点，同时可
带报警触头、分励脱扣器、欠电压脱扣器、辅助触头、旋转手柄操作机构、电动操作机构等附件，并可采用板前、板后和插入式等多种接
线方式，是用户使用的理想产品。本断路器可垂直安装 ( 即竖装 )，亦可水平安装 ( 即横装 )。
本产品符合标准 IEC60947-2、GBl4048.2 要求。
SNDCM1L series plastic shell leakage circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as leakage circuit breaker) is one of the new circuit
breakers developed by our factory with international advanced design and manufacturing technology. It is suitable for circuits with
AC 50Hz, rated voltage up to 400V and rated current from 16A to 630A.
Its main function is to provide indirect contact protection against fatal electric shock. The rated residual operating current shall not
exceed 0.03A. When other protective measures fail, the leakage circuit breaker can also be used as supplementary protection for
direct contact, but not as the only direct contact protection. At the same time, it can also be used to prevent electrical fire caused by
contact fault current. It can also be used to protect the overload and short circuit of the line. It can also be used for infrequent line
conversion.
The leakage circuit breaker has the characteristics of small volume (the same volume as the corresponding molded case circuit
breaker), high breaking height, short arcing, adjustable residual action current and residual current action time. At the same time,
it can be equipped with alarm contact, shunt release, undervoltage release, auxiliary contact, rotary handle operating mechanism,
electric operating mechanism and other accessories, and can adopt front board It is an ideal product for users to use a variety of

SNDCW1 系列智能型万能式断路器 ( 以下简称断路器 ) 适用于交流 50Hz，额定电压 400V、690V，额定电流为 630A~6300A，主要在配电
网络中用来分配电能和保护线路及保护电源设备免受过载、欠电压、短路、单相接地等的危害。该断路器具有多种智能保护功能，可做到
选择性保护，且动作精确，避免不必要的停电，提高供电可靠性。同时带有开放式通讯接口，可进行四遥 ( 遥测、遥调、遥控、遥迅 )，
以满足集团中心和自动化系统的要求。该断路器在海拔 2000M 时脉冲耐压 8000V( 不同海拔按标准修正，最多不超过 12000V)。该断路器
不带智能控制器及传感器可作隔离器用，标示为“ ”。断路器符合 GB14048.2《低压开关设备和控制设备 低压断路器》 和
IEC60947-2《低压开关设备和控制设备断路器》等标准。

SNDCW1 万能式断路器系列
Universal circuit breaker series
SNDCW1 series intelligent universal circuit breaker (hereinafter referred to as circuit breaker) is applicable to AC 50Hz, rated voltage
400V, 690V and rated current 630A ~ 6300A. It is mainly used to distribute electric energy and protect lines and power supply
equipment from overload, undervoltage, short circuit, single-phase grounding, etc. The circuit breaker has a variety of intelligent
protection functions, which can achieve selective protection and accurate action, avoid unnecessary power failure and improve the
reliability of power supply. At the same time, it has an open communication interface, which can carry out four remote (telemetry,
remote adjustment, remote control and remote communication) to meet the requirements of the group center and automation
system. The circuit breaker has a pulse withstand voltage of 8000v at an altitude of 2000m (different altitudes are corrected
according to the standard, and the maximum voltage shall not exceed 12000V). Without intelligent controller and sensor, the circuit
breaker can be used as an isolator, marked as \" \". The circuit breaker shall comply with gb14048.2 low voltage circuit
breakers for low voltage switchgear and control equipment and iec60947-2 circuit breakers for low voltage switchgear and control

SNDC65-63 系列小型断路器具有结构先进、性能可靠、分断能力高、外形美观小巧等特点。所有零部件由塑料外壳定位。外壳采用
阻燃型耐弧高强度新型塑料制成，故耐冲击强度和阻燃性能良好。触头系统采用电动斥力机构，限流效果显著，大大提高了断路器的分断
能力。脱扣器采用螺管式电磁脱扣，整定电流准确稳定。多极产品由单极拼装而成。
SNDC65-63 系列小型断路器设计成适用于未受过专业训练人员使用，无需进行维修。过电流脱扣器的保护器的保护特性由工厂整定，
用户使用中不可调整，以免影响性能。
The SNDC65-63 series miniature circuit breakers are characterized by advanced structure, reliable performance, high breaking
capacity, and beautiful appearance. All parts are located by plastic housing. The shell is made of flame retardant arc resistant highstrength new plastic, so it has good impact strength and flame retardant performance. The contact system adopts electric repulsion
mechanism, which has remarkable current limiting effect and greatly improves the breaking capacity of the circuit breaker. The
release adopts solenoid electromagnetic release, and the setting current is accurate and stable. Multipole products are assembled
by monopole.
SNDC65-63 series miniature circuit breakers are designed to be used by untrained personnel without maintenance. The
protection characteristics of the protector of the overcurrent release are set by the factory and cannot be adjusted by the user in use

SNDC65LE-63 系列小型断路器适用于交流 50Hz 或 60Hz，额定工作电压 230/400V 及以下，额定电流 63A 及以下的线路中，当有人触电
或电路泄漏电流超过规定值时，漏电断路大能在 0.1S 内自动切断电源，用来进行触电保触护和防止因泄漏电流造成的事故、也可作为线
路的过载、短路保护之用，以及在正常情况下作为线路的不频繁转换之用。
产品适用于工业、商业、民用住宅和类似建筑物的照明和配电，适用于非专业人员使用并且不需进行维护。
该产品符合 GB/T16917.1-2014、GB/T16917.22-2008 标准的要求。
SNDC65LE-63 series miniature circuit breaker is applicable to lines with AC 50Hz or 60Hz, rated working voltage 230 / 400V and
below, and rated current 63A and below. When someone gets an electric shock or the circuit leakage current exceeds the specified
value, the leakage circuit breaker can automatically cut off the power supply within 0.1s, which is used for electric shock protection

SNDC45LE-63 系列漏电断路器由漏电脱扣器附个与 SNDC65-63 断路器拼装组成，因此保持了与 SNDC65-63 相同的时间电流动作特
性，其机械装配即可由企业在工厂内完成，也可在现场进行。漏电脱扣特性参数由工厂整定，用户不可以调整也不能拆开漏电断路器，以
免影响性能。主要由零序电流互感器、电子组件板带有过载短路保护功能，还可以根据用户的需要增加过压、欠压保护功能。
SNDC45LE-63 系列漏电断路器上有一个专门用来指示漏电动作的指示装置，只有在指示装置复位以后，漏电断路器才能闭合。并
配有带自复式按钮的试验装置，按下时内部线路产生一个模拟剩余电流，使断路器分断。试验装置应定期试验，每月一次。
SNDC45LE-63 series leakage circuit breaker is composed of a leakage release attached and assembled with SNDC65-63
circuit breaker. Therefore, it maintains the same time and current action characteristics as SNDC65-63. Its mechanical assembly
can be completed by the enterprise in the factory or on site. The characteristic parameters of leakage trip are set by the factory,
and the user cannot adjust or disassemble the leakage circuit breaker to avoid affecting the performance. It is mainly composed
of zero sequence current transformer and electronic component board, with overload and short-circuit protection function, and
overvoltage and undervoltage protection functions can be added according to the needs of users.
SNDC45LE-63 series leakage circuit breaker has an indication device specially used to indicate leakage action. The leakage
circuit breaker can be closed only after the indication device is reset. It is equipped with a test device with a self resetting button.
When pressed, the internal circuit generates an analog residual current to break the circuit breaker. The test device shall be tested
regularly once a month.
