The single head electric heating pipe is a high-load electric heating element,
generally for mold heating. Our company adopts imported seamless stainless
steel pipe production, and to meet the requirements of high surface temperature,
thermal insulation and leakage electric current in the working state, we adopt
high temperature magnesium oxide rods, oxidation resistant heating wire and
shackle lead wire for internal design. This design fully considered the installation
and using environment, and implemented the standardisation of pipe diameter,

Far infrared generator
When the nano-far-infrared electric heating coil is working, its nano-scale
high-temperature alloy wire is passed through the current to generate
heat energy with extremely high efficiency. The emitted thermal radiation
is filtered through a quartz pipe and converted into far-infrared radiation.
The far-infrared ray itself is an energy-transmitting electromagnetic wave
with wavelengths between 0.47 and 400 microns. The heat transfer form
of far infrared is radiation transfer heat energy.
Nano high efficiency thermal insulation layer
The temperature of the reflective layer itself ( usually more than 300°C)
is insulated by the nano-scale high-efficiency thermal insulation layer
to isolate the heat flow and further block the heat loss. The high-efficiency
thermal insulation layer is alternately arranged in multiple layers, each of
which blocks the heat dissipation, concentrates the heat to the maximum

infrared ray is reflected back, and most of it penetrates into the surface

far-infrared wavelength is consistent with the absorption wavelength
of the barrel, the molecules or atoms in the barrel absorb the far-infrared
energy, resulting in strong vibration, high-speed friction and temperature
rise. The reflected far-infrared light is reflected by the mirror of the
thermal energy reflection layer and radiated into the barrel of the plastic
machine again. In this way, most of the far-infrared rays are heated by
the radiation feed tube, realizing unidirectional radiation heating, greatly
