山特电子(深圳)有限公司针对UPS行业应用需求,特别推出了奥兰德D12系列阀控式铅酸蓄电池。奥兰德D12系列电池产品采用专业的技术和生产工艺,在产品设计、技术指标和工艺控制上更加侧重与UPS的兼容匹配和系统优化。奥兰德D12系列电池浮充设计寿命长达10年,满足YD/T等检测标准,提供更长的浮充寿命和更强劲的放电特性,更适合UPS等应用,是后备电源领域的理想产品。

产品特点
长寿命
采用成熟的极板制造工艺和独特的配方,板栅耐腐蚀性能优越,电池设计浮充寿命长达10年以上。
自放电率低
采用高规格高纯度铅合金原料,电池自放电率极低,在 2 5 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 室温下,静置28天,电池自放电率小于 3 % , 高于行业标准要求。
安全可靠
采用独有的组合迷宫极柱密封技术,确保电池在全生命周期内无泄漏、无爬酸,电池密封安全可靠。
独特的极板和极群设计
采用优化的小网格筋条分布设计,提高极板的充电接受能力和铅膏的利用效率;各单体极群导流路径设计最短,降低电流在内部传导时的内压降。
一致性高
采用自动化生产工艺及先进的在线监测设备,严苛的品控工艺,使得极板及电池一致性性能更加优越,更适用于整组串并联应用。
绿色环保
使用后的报废电池,仍然具有较高的残值,主材铅、ABS外壳等可回收加工后循环利用,对环境更友好,整体使用成本更低。

使用与维护
使用环境
·电池适用于长期浮充的UPS后备电源,频繁充放电循环会缩短电池使用寿命。
·必须安装在有空调的室内,附近无明火、火花、热源等。避开阳光直射、潮湿、可能浸水及完全密闭场所。
·电池安装后间距保持在10\~15mm;电池柜之间和电池柜与设备、墙壁间距保持150mm以上。多层安装时层间温度差控制在 3 ^ { \circ } C 以内。
补充电
在运输和储存过程中,由于自放电,电池会损失部分容量。使用前请测量开路电压,当电压≤12.6V/只时,请补充电。如果使用过程中暂时停放不用,也请定期进行补充电。电池储存温度及补充电的时间间隔如下:

放电终止电压
不同放电电流下的终止电压请参照下表所示,注意不要使蓄电池端电压降至以上规定值以下。放电后不要存放,请立即补充电。

日常维护
为了解电池和设备的运行状况,防止检查过程中电池意外损坏,需按下列方法定期检查蓄电池并做记录。

蓄电池的更换
蓄电池属于消耗品,有一定的寿命周期。综合考虑使用条件、环境温度等因素的影响,在到达蓄电池的设计使用寿命之前,通过日常维折时的核对性放电试验或容量试验,发现其容量不能满足使用要求时,就应该考虑更换,充分保证电源系统安全、可靠、正常运行。
