Product features
本机用于将原色纸或印刷卷筒纸，如牛皮纸、食品纸等纸卷
一次性自动完成纸袋制作。由自动中锋上胶、印刷跟踪、原
料成筒、定长切断、底部压痕、底部折底、底部上胶、袋底成
形与成品袋整理等动作一次完成。
本机采用运动控制器、伺服电机编程，操作方便，生产高效，
运行稳定，是生产各种规格尺寸方底纸袋、面包袋、休闲食
品袋、购物袋等环保纸袋的专用纸袋机。
This machine uses for making paper bags automatically from unbleached paper or
printed paper roll, such as Kraft paper, food grade paper, etc. It is completed by auto
center gluing, printing tracking, material folding, ffxed length cutting, bottom indentation, bottom folding, bottom gluing, bag bottom forming and bag collecting at one
time.
This machine adopts motion controller and servo motor programming, operating
easily, efflcient production, stable running. It can produce various speciffcations and
sizes of square bottom paper bags, bread bags, leisure food bags, shopping bags and
other environmental paper bag special paper bag machine.

Product features
采用环保卷筒纸如牛皮纸、黄油纸、食品淋
膜纸、医用纸等纸卷，经过刺孔、纸边涂
胶、色标定长（或固定长度）、原料成筒、
定长拉断、折底、底部上胶，成形等工序，成
品纸袋整理一次性全自动完成。
本机采用运动控制器、伺服电机编程，操作方
便，生产高效，运行稳定，是生产各种规格尺
寸尖底纸袋、开窗面包袋、休闲食品袋、干果
袋等等环保纸袋的专用纸袋机。
This machine is suitable for many kinds of environmental
protection roll paper such as kraft paper, butter paper,
food grade fflm coated paper, medical paper, etc. It is
piercing, paper edge gluing, color standard length ffxing
(or ffxed length), raw material forming, length ffxing
breaking, bottom folding, bottom gluing, forming and
other processes in one line.
This machine adopts motion controller and servo motor
programming, which is easy to operate, efflcient in
production and stable in operation. It is for producing
environmental protection paper bags of various speciffcations and sizes, such as V bottom paper bags, bread bags
with windows, leisure food bags, dry fruit bags, etc.

一对手挽的生产，然后将手挽用机械手或人工粘贴到纸袋上。
This machine regards narrow paper roller and paper rope as raw materials,
through gluing, bonding, slitting in one line automatically complete the
production of a pair of handle and then stick the handle onto the paper bag
by robot or by manual.

产品特点
Product features
圆绳自动贴手挽机主要配套半自动方底纸袋机使用，以两卷窄幅卷
筒纸和一卷纸绳为原料，通过将卷筒纸和纸绳粘贴在一起，经过切
断一次性完成一对手挽的生产，然后将手挽用机械手粘贴到纸袋
上，完成手提纸袋的生产。
Twisted handle making machine is mainly used for semi-automatic
square bottom paper bag machine. It takes two rolls of narrow web
paper and a roll of paper rope as raw materials. Through pasting the
web paper and paper rope together, a handle production is completed once after cutting, and then the handle manipulator is pasted on
the paper bag to complete the production of handle paper bag.

的绳卷重新收卷，扩大成品绳卷的外径和内径，并可避免绳卷打结，提
高生产效率。
This machine is mainly equipped with round rope automatic stick hand
pull machine and square bottom paper bag machine, using narrow paper
roll as raw material, through the high-speed rotation of the machine
shaft, the paper roll is twisted into round rope and rewound. Users can
adjust the diameter of paper rope to meet the production of difierent
speciffcations of paper rope.
