In terms of technological innovation, Dongxing Spinning Machine has achieved outstanding results: in 2024, five technologies
were selected for Zhejiang Province’s Industrial New Products (New Technologies) project, among which the Model 568
self-detection high-efficiency flexible winding weight twisting machine was recognized as Shaoxing’s first-of-a-kind equipment. In 2025, another five projects were approved and passed provincial evaluation, earning four “domestic-leading” and
one “domestic-advanced” ratings, while the Model 568 received Zhejiang’s first-of-a-kind designation, firmly placing the

1、传动结构简单、整机成本低单电机+一条(或上下两条)龙带带动一整排锭子，没有单锭伺服、单锭电机，机架简洁，
故障率相对可控，老厂存量巨大，配件便宜、维修门槛低。
2、锭子转速一致性好，同一条龙带驱动，在龙带张力正常、锭盘磨损均匀前提下，各锭线速度接近，同批次筒子卷绕、
退解一致性优于早期摩擦辊机型;运转顺滑、噪音小，缓冲吸振好。

lower) dragon belts drive a whole row of spindles. There are no single-spindle servo or single-spindle

2. The rotational speed of the spindles is highly consistent. Under the premise of normal dragon belt tension
and uniform spindle wear, the linear speeds of each spindle are close. The consistency of winding and

smooth, the noise is low, and the buffering and vibration absorption are good.

1、该机是我公司自行设计制造的第二代倍捻并线机，可将两股或三股丝/线倍捻的同时合并为一股，主要用于织带，
缝纫 线，帘子线、高强丝等需要要初复捻工艺丝线的初捻加工。
2、针对不同客户需要，开发了针对性较强的多款机型，使其工作效率最大化，颠覆了传统环锭加工的理念。
3、合股张力均匀，强损小，不均率低，产量高。
4、每锭装有纱线断头及速度检测装置，并安装报警灯（部分机型配有切丝器），严格控制纱线质量。

3、超喂独立变频控制，卷绕张力调节更加方便。
4、配置升级更加简便，除超喂方式外所有选配项均可升级安装。
5、气动抬升结构更加可靠，维护简便，同时成本下降30%以上。
6、落针采用探针与止纱分离结构，使用调节更加可靠方便。
7、摇开式锭子脱离后刹车，刹车稳定可靠，龙带及刹车件平均寿命增加30%。
8、双电机配置车尾拉簧式龙带自动调节装置，当锭子脱离过多或龙带伸长时使龙带张力能保持在一定范围内避免锭子丢速。

1. Precisely control the dwell time of the yarn in the heat box to achieve a fixed speed of the entrance pressure wheel for the yarn feeding, adjust the rotational speed of the exit pressure wheel, and change the yarn
running speed within the high-temperature heat box by the speed difference. The double pressure wheels
clamp the yarn, isolating the yarn tension at the front and back of theheat box. The tension inside the heat
box is not affected by fluctuations in the subsequent processes, ensuring high consistency of the yarn at each
spindle position and reducing cross-stripe and color difference on the fabric surface.
2. Precisely control the temperature of each spindle. The temperature spindle difference is controlled within
±0.5°C. Application case in bread yarn products: Achieve relaxed heat setting, optimize the fluffy feel of bread
yarn. The core of bread yarn is high-temperature relaxation and expansion. Traditional single rotoList, thetension inside the heat box is uncontrollable; with double pressure wheels, it can manufacture controllable
overfeed, and the yarn is in a relaxed state in the high-temperature heat box, with sufficient fiber curling and
expansion, resulting in a fluffy and soft finished yarn, and the friction wheel speed can be independently
controlled to achieve the desired tightness of the finished product for customers.
