Quality Control
Full-process quality control: A full-process quality control mechanism from raw material procurement to project acceptance has been established. In the raw material link, incoming inspection is conducted on core materials such as titanium and glass fiber reinforced plastic (FRP) to ensure the materials meet the requirements for corrosion resistance and strength. In the production link, the processing accuracy of key processes is controlled through the combination of real-time data monitoring of automated production lines and manual inspection.
In the assembly link, special tests such as air tightness test and pressure test are carried out to ensure no leakage of the units.
Before project delivery, joint full-process tests (including no-load test run and load test run) are conducted with customers; only after key parameters such as exhaust gas treatment efficiency, sulfuric acid product concen tration, and emission indicators meet the standards can the acceptance and delivery be completed.

EPC Field Equipment
The wet acid production technology can treat sulfur-containing compounds such as { \mathsf { H } } _ { 2 } { \mathsf { S } } , S O _ { 2 } , C S _ { 2 } (carbon disulfide),and COS.After incineration and/or purification,the sulfur-containing gas enters the converter. Underthe catalysis of vanadium catalyst S O _ { 2 } isoxidized to \mathsf { S O } _ { 3 } in the converter; subsequently,the process gas containing { \mathsf { S O } } _ { 3 } enters the acid condenser to generate liquid concentrated sulfuric acid ( H _ { 2 } S O _ { 4 } ) with a mass fraction of 2 9 8 % .The condensed process gas is discharged from the top of the condenser,while the produced concentrated sulfuricacid is cooled to 40 degrees Celsiusand then transported outward.
The heat energy recoveryand utilization rate of this system equipment is relatively high.The heat exchange medium is water-steam or molten salt,which can produce high-quality steam.This steam can be used for power generation or heat supply.If there are stricter emission requirements for the condensed process gas,it can also undergo in-depth environmental protection treatmentto achieve ultra-lowemissions.
WSA-MCU Acid Mist Control Unit
The acid mist control unit adopting the WSA wet acid production process can effectively optimize the acid condensation efficiency.Its working principle is as folows:Silicone oil particles are generated by burning silicone oil.These particles fully mix with the process gas through a high-efficiency mixer installed in the process pipeline between the converterand the condenser,and then enter the condenser together.
Whenthe process gas is cooled and condensed in the condenser,the silicone oil particles produced bytheacid mist control unit can act as crystal nuclei for gaseous H _ { 2 } S O _ { 4 } to condense into liquid H _ { 2 } S O _ { 4 } This function not only significantly improves the condensation efficiency of the condenser but also effectively reduces the H _ { 2 } S O _ { 4 } acid mist escaping from the condenser with the process gas.

The high-temperature flue gas (witha temperature of 2 6 5 - 2 8 5 ^ { \circ } C fromthe wetacid production converter enters the WSA acid condenser through the bottom acid collection tank, where the acid production process is completed. In the acid condenser,the flue gas undergoes gas-liquid conversion to generate high-temperature concentrated sulfuric acid at approximately 2 4 5 ^ { \circ } C The concentrated sulfuric acid flows into the bottom acid collection tank for accumulation,and is then transported to the sulfuric acid circulation system through the acid discharge hose.

WSA-Scrubber
The body of the WSA wet acid production scrubber is made of fiberglass-reinforced plastic (FRP),which is suitable for the process environment requirements.Its designed operating temperature is 50 degrees Celsius,and the operating pressure is-3.9KPaG.The tower is filled with a section of polypropylene (PP) Pallring packing.The process gas entering from the bottom and the scrubbing liquid sprayed down from the top can fuly contact here, achieving efficient masstransfer.Inaddition,a wire mesh mist eliminator is also installed at the top of the tower to remove the liquid droplets entrained in the process gas.

WSA-Circulating Acid Tank
It is manufactured usinga fluoroplastic spraying process. Before spraying,the surface of the steel parts is subjected to sandblasting for rust removal and roughening treatment,followed by sprayinga layer of high-temperature-resistantand corrosion-resistantfluoroplastic. The sulfuric acid captured by the glass tubes of the WSA acid condenser,with a temperature ofapproximately 245图,flows into the circulating acid tank through the acid discharge pipe of the condenser's acid colection tank.The high-temperature acid mixes with the sulfuric acid at around 4O in the circulating acid tank,and the temperature of the mixed sulfuric acid is about 6O.Then,it flows out of the circulating acid tank and is pumped to the acid cooler by the circulating acid pump.The temperature of the mixed sulfuric acid drops to around 40, with part ofit sent to the acid intermediate tank for storage and the other part returned to the circulating acid tank.
