电力电缆用热塑性低烟无卤电缆料以不含卤素的一种或多种聚合物或共聚物,添加无卤阻燃剂和其他改性助剂,经混炼、塑化、造粒而制得的无卤低烟阻燃电缆料。经挤出制得的电缆具有优异的机械性能、电气性能及阻燃性能,符合IEC60332-3、IEC60332-1、EN50363和EN50525等标准的要求。
The thermoplastic low-smoke and halogen-free cable compound for power cables is made from one or more halogenfree polymers or copolymers, with the addition of halogen-free flame retardants and other modification additives.It is prepared through processes such as mixing,plasticizing and granulation to obtain the halogen-free and low-smoke flame-retardant cable compound.The cable produced by extrusion has excellent mechanical properties,electrical properties and flame-retardant properties,and meets the requirements of standards such as IEC60332-3, IEC60332-1, EN50363andEN50525.

VDE Series Irradiated Rubber Compound for Power Cords
辐照橡胶电源线材料用以氯化聚乙烯CPE为主材,和耐热耐寒增塑剂等为基料,加入阻燃剂和特殊改性剂等助剂,经密炼混炼工艺加工而制得的粒状料或片状,满足UL62、UL1581、VDE0282和JISC3301等标准,具有优异的耐老化、耐低温、高绝缘性能和对应高阻燃性能,挤出线材表面良好,特别是浅色线材如深灰色,具有耐刮性,挤出速度快、效率高,获得现有客户的认可与好评。
IrradiationcrosslinkedrubberpowercablecompoundareproducedusingchlorinatedpolyethyleneCPEasthemainmaterial, combined with heat-resistant and cold-resistant plasticizers as thebasematerial.Flame retardants and special modifiers are added as additives,and the compound are processed through kneading and mixing techniquesto obtain granular orflaky materials.These compound meet therequirements ofUL62,UL1581,VDE0282,and JIS C3301 standards,exhibiting excellent aging resistance,low-temperature resistance,high insulation performance,and corresponding high flame retardancy.The extruded wire surfaceis of good quality,especiallyfor light-colored wires such as dark gray,whichhave good scratch resistance.The extrusion speed is fast, and the efficiency is high,earning recognition and praise from existing customers.
