軸、外売的精度和表面粗粘度

軸承使用的注意事項

安装

有在需要安装軸承肘オ打刑軸承包装。一般脂淘滑軸承不需清洗填充淘滑脂。淘滑油涵滑普通也不用清洗但是 伐器用或高速用軸承等要用浩浄的油洗浄 除去余在軸承上的防誘油。除去了防誘利的軸承容易生誘,所以不能放置不嘆。
再者己封入淘滑脂的軸承不清洗直接使用。
軸承的安装方法,因軸承結杓、配合、永件而昇、一般由于多軸承旋 所以内圏需要泣盈配合。國杜孔柚承,多用庄力机入或多用熟装方法。鑵孔的珍合宣接安装在鑵度軸上或同套筒安装。
安装到外売肘一般同際配合多。外圏有迅盈量肘通常用圧力机圧入或也有澄却后安装的冷縮配合方法。用于泳作冷却荊 冷縮配合安装的珍合空与中的水分会凝結在軸承的表面。所以,需要造当的防透措施。
圓柱孔軸承的安装

1、用圧力机庄入的方法
小型軸承刃使用庄力机圧入的方法。如図9所示 将塾快塾入内圏 用庄力机穏 地庄至 刃止 将外圏塾上塾埃安装内圏,会造成漆道上的圧瘍、圧,要色対禁止。
操作肘,最好事先在配合面上塗油。如用斗鼓打安装 需在内圏上加放塾埃。但操作方法容易尋致軸承揖 仮限用于迅盈量小的情況,不能用于迅盈量大或中小型軸承。
非分禽型軸承如深淘球軸承,内圏、外闍都需要泣盈安装肘 塾快塾上后,用螺杵或油圧将内闍和外闍同肘圧人。如図92所示。
2 大型軸承圧入肘需要根大的力 所以根准圧入。因此 在油中将軸承加熟 使之膨脈 然后装到軸上的熟装方法使用。使用迅神方法 可以不蛤軸承増加不当的力,在短肘同内完成操作。
一般情況下軸承的加熟不度超寸 1 2 0 ^ { \circ } \mathsf { C } 温度太高将造成密封件変形、軸承内外圏回火、油脂池漏等不良情況。
使軸承不宣接接触油槽底部,最好考恵将軸承放在金属図台上或将軸承吊起来;
搭軸承加熟到比所需温度高 2 0 ~ 3 0 ^ { \circ } C 以便操作中不致燈生内圏変凉雅于安装:安装后軸承冷却下来寛度方向也收縮所以要用柚螺母或其他活宣的方法使之察固,以防内圏与軸承当肩之同生鋒際。
3、感位熟装置
除用油熟方法之外,利用申磁感位作用感位加熟装置也汪使用。
感位加熟装置内装励磁図通申后由于申礎感位作用申流侍到被加熟的軸承有軸承自身的抗阻立生熟。因此可以在短肘同内,不用火、 油均勾地加熟。軸承的熟装操作数率高清浩。
