Huawei was founded in 1991, since its establishment, Huawei has been committed to the manufacture of film laminator, varnish coater, and constantly upgrade and improve the quality, stability and speed of products. 代表世界先进技术的热刀分切，首次在上海天岑问世以来，又经过了多次改进，性能日趋完美和稳定。加热时间越来越短，适用纸张越来越广，热刀分切适用纸张范围105--500克。

Hot-knife cutting ,representing the world's advanced technology, was first produced in Shanghai Tiancen, and has undergone many improvements, performance is perfect and stable. Heating time needed is getting shorter and shorter, and it is suitable to more and more paper thickness: 105 to 500gsm.

高精度网纹辊涂布

High precision anilox system roller coating

涂布辊采用陶瓷网纹辊配进口高精度轴承，辊面上胶均匀，适合高速运转，表面耐磨。胶水涂布精度在±0.0025mm之内；采用伺服电机，运行高精度无窜动，涂胶不起胶杠。

导热油辊内循环系统

Heat transfer oil roller inner circulation system

滚筒内部热油循环机构，直径越大，温度越均匀，热量恒温越好，覆膜热压合的 时间越久，覆膜效果越好。滚筒温差少，高速运行恒温效果好，可以分段加温。 Inside cylinder with hot oil circulation mechanism, the greater the diameter, the more average the temperature, the better heat constant temperature, laminatinghot pressing time longer, the better the effect of lamination. 将大量含有热能的水蒸气带入热循环器后将水分排出，热能循环到灯箱内继续加温，可节能30%左右。是覆膜设备技术的一次重大突破。

高速数字喷码平台介绍：

本机适用于单张纸表面同时进行多行喷码作业，可加装条码品质检测由自动输纸机、定位装置、真空吸附平台(未包括喷码系统和检测)、烘干部套(可选配冷水降温系统)和收纸部套组成。本平台适用于不同类型的水性和UV喷码系统和喷码头。喷印各种条形码(一维码、二维码等)、动态和固定文本信息、动态和固定位图信息的制作；

同时该产品广泛适用于彩票、门票、票据、制卡等领域的喷码需求。整机PLC控制、变频调速。采用施耐德接触器，性能稳定可靠。输纸平台采用铸件墙板结构，减震性好，高速运转震动小，走纸稳定，喷码精度高。真空吸附区，采用整张吸风皮带，保障喷码产品的高识读率；真空吸附平台有效吸附区长，确保最大纸张在真空平台内完成喷码，更能一次安装多列喷码头，以求实现多行喷码同时作业。水性干燥灯箱带有预热、风刀结构的烘干系统，能耗低，效率高，能快速干燥印件。

采用耐高温网带，可以自动纠偏，操作简单，实用寿命长。

采用压浪式收纸、气动轮减速，保证厚薄纸张收纸整齐，收纸部配备自动剔除废品机构，确保废张不进入成品之中。

It is suitable for sheet fed paper, multi line code print system and inspection by one pass. This platform is suitable for differrent types of water based and UV varnish inkjet systems, and printer heads. Printing a variety of bar code (1D, 2D, etc.), dynamic and fixed text information, dynamic and fixed bitmap information production by one pass, the machine is widely applied to lottery tickets, tickets market.

The paper feeding platform adopts cast wall structure, shock absorbtion is good, the paper is stable and the inkjet printing precision is high.

Vacuum area inkjet print platform, use a set of entire suction belt to ensure the high precision of inkjet products. Vacuum area enough size to ensure the max. sheet size paper in the vacuum platform to complete the code print process.

Water based drying unit,with pre-heating, air knife structure, low energy consumption, high efficiency, and fast drying. Use high temperature mesh belt, easy operation and long service life. This 'King of Thin paper' roller coat varnish coater specifically for 80gsm thin paper, air knife system controlled by memory type PLC. The whole machine ishighly automated, for water based oil and UVoil varnish coating, the coating is smooth and fine,saves varnish oil and meets the quality requirement.
