Cong nghe MBB c6 the rut ngan duong dan thu thap dong dien cua pin hon 50% giam ton that dien tr? ben va cai thien hieu qua cong suat dau ra cua cac thanh phan. LESSO su dung ruy bang tron lam giam dien tich che nang va phan xa anh sang chieu toi nhieu lan de tang cuong kha nang tao ra dien.

Cong nghe cat khong pha huy, mat cat min, giam nguy co nut vi mo, tang do ben va dam bao hieu suat co hoc tot nhat cua pin mat trdi.

Trong cung mot dien tich thanh phan, cong nghe dong goi mat do day c6 the tang dien tich phat dien hieu qua cua mo-dun, cai thien hieu suat va dam bao do on dinh cua san pham.

Te bao TOPCon ap dung cong nghe thu dong be mat m?i,giup giam hieu qua hop chat be mat va hop chat tiép xuc kim loai.
So v?i cac mo-dun thong thuong, mo-dun loai N chi co do suy giam 1% trong nam dau tien va do suy giam hang nam thap hon 0{,}4% voi cac mo-dun thong thuong, giup tao ra nhieu dien nang hon va doanh thu cao hon cho khach hang.
Duong ham micro-nano xuyen qua lop oxit va lp mang mong silicon vi tinh the chon loc chat mang mat sau.

Te bao loai N c6 LID bang 0 giup tang san lugng dien. He so suy giam hieu suat chi la 1% trong nam dau tien va 0,4% cho moi nam tiep theo. Hieu suat phat dien tuyet vdi tao ra doanh thu cao hon cho khach hang.
