Design selection considerations
1. Due to the low noise valve installed in the large fluid flow rate, high differential pressure,
relatively small pressure after the valve (or even venting), the fluid produces flash evaporation,
cavitation occasions, it requires (after the valve) pipeline can not be too small, in particular, the
capacity of the valve can not be too small.
2. Because the low-noise valve contains many inner parts (see the basic structure diagram), the
recommended design method: the valve caliber should be larger than the diameter of the valve
seat by one grade of selection.

The dangers of noise to humans and environment pollution are well known.
Three reasons (ways) for noise generated by the regulator: mechanical noise, liquid power noise, air power
noise.
When the differential pressure before and after the valve is large, venting after the valve, cavitation occasions,
there will be different degrees of excessive noise generation, when the noise exceeds the standard, you must
choose a low-noise regulator.

Connection dimensions and standards
· Flanges according to GB/T9113-2000 (default standard). Also can be according to JB/T79.1-94, JB
/T79.2-94, or HG20592~HG20635-2009.
· Flange sealing surface type: PN16 is convex flange, PN25 is convex flange, PN40, PN64(63) are
concave-convex flanges, and the valve body is concave flange.
· Welding connection groove according to: GB/T12224-2005.
· Actuator air signal port: internal thread M10 × 1 (DN ≤ 100), internal thread M16 × 1.5 (DN> 100).
· Distance between valve body flange and flange end surface can be manufactured according to
user specified standards, such as ANSI, JIS, DIN, etc.
