MBP-P Pre-applied Waterproofing Membrane

CANLON MBP-P pre-applied waterproofing membrane (Migration Barrier Product)

composed of synthetic polymer sheet (HDPE or TPO), pressure sensitive adhesive

and weather resistant granular layer. The pre-applied method of construction

can be integrated with the concrete structures. Under pressure, the pressure

sensitive adhesive and the uncoagulated cement slurry in the post-poured concrete

penetrate the anti-stick layer through creep, forming an effective interpetual bond

and a huge intermolecular force. After the concrete is cured, the gap between the

MBP-P pre-applied waterproofing membrane and the structure is sealed to the

greatest extent, eliminating the water migration channel.

uncoagulated cement slurry in the concrete penetrate through the anti-stick

1. This product is suitable for all kinds of polyurethane

waterproof coatings of our company.

2. Do not add excessively. Excessive addition will cause

problems such as bubbles, pores, non-curing, and low filmforming strength after the coating is formed into a film.

3. Be sure not to add coagulants when submitting coating

products for inspection or sampling test performance.

4. It is not recommended to add coagulant when the average

daily air temperature is higher than 20℃.

1. The recommended coagulant additive in each barrel

of polyurethane waterproof coating is 60g.

2. After the coagulant is added to the coating, it needs to

be stirred by an electric machine for 2-5 minutes, and it

can be used after it is uniform.

CANLON BAW is generally used to add in cement (mortar)

slurry as a binder for wet-applied waterproofing membranes. It

can improve the impermeability and crack resistance of the

bonding material, and at the same time improve the

bonding strength between the membrane and the substrate.

The curing time of polyurethane waterproof coating can

be significantly shortened after adding the polyurethane

coagulant.
