压滤机是一种间歇性操作加压过滤设备，适用于液体和固体的分离设备。真正将污泥变资源，污水变清泉。其利用滤布两边的压力差迫使物料中的大部分水分透过滤布，物料被阻隔在滤室内形成滤饼，从而达到过滤的目的。

为了有效的治理城市空气扬尘问题，山壹环保的“电驱动旋转喷雾装置”应世而生。覆盖范围较广，一台水泵可以连带多个旋转装置。在水资源的驱动下可将水加压到120公斤压力，通过以水造雾的原理，将雾喷洒到半径15-25米的面积上。间歇性工作，整个过程可全自动进行。

SYF10系列细砂回收系统是专门针对商砼行业内细沙面沙难以提取，浆水浓度过高而研发设计的，通过提取细沙面沙降低浆水浓度，提取率高达90%以上。促进污水循环使用减少原材料浪费，是搅拌站行业内污水处理的好帮手。

PROCESS FLOW工艺流程

细沙回收系统由螺旋提取机、渣桨泵、旋流沉降罐、管路、电控系统组成。旋流沉降罐用于分离灰浆水和细沙面沙，渣浆泵将污水通过管路抽取到旋流沉降罐进料口，利用液体在旋流堵内高速旋转产生不同的离心力将细沙面沙从灰浆水中分离，细沙面沙落到污水斗内最终通过螺旋提取出来。

The fine sand recovery system consists of a screw extractor, a slag paddle pump,a cyclone settling tank,pipelines, and an electric control system.The cyclone settling tank is used to separate the mortar water and the fine sand surface.The slurry pump pumps the sewage to the inlet of the cycone settling tank through the pipeline,and uses the liquid to rotate at high speed in the cyclone block to generate different centrifugal forces to reduce the fine sand surface. The sand is separated from the mortar water, and the fine sand surface falls into the sewage hopper and is finally extracted by the spiral.

车间降尘系统，就是以自然的发生方式，通过高压系统，促进水的运动，再通过高压作用，使带电的微小水滴分裂为表层带负电、内层带正电，带负电的水滴表层和空气中的原子或分子结合，即形成负离子；较重的水滴内层则在重力作用下下沉，因而可以在空气中获得大量的负离子，形成颇似自然雾气的白色水雾，犹如"雾的森林"，来达到车间内的灰尘降低，从而使工人在更好的环境中进行作业。
