Pipe connection (Bonding procedure)

Selecta fine saw,cutting knife,or specialized PVC-Upipecutting tool tocut thepipeevenly and verticallytotherequiredsize.

Useaflat file toremove theburrandburredgeof thefracture,and createachamferattheend.Prior toapplyingadhesive,ensure towipeoffany residual debris,dust,water, and oil from the bonding surfaceofboththesocket andspigot usingadrycloth.

Useabrushtoevenlyandswiftlyapplythe specialadhesiveontothebondingsurfaceofboth thesocketandspigot.

Align the centerof thepipe andpipe fiting,then swiftlyinsert thespigot into thesocket androtate it by1/4circletoevenlydistribute andcure the adhesive.

Wipeoffanyexcessadhesivefromthesurface of thepipe using a cloth,and ensure to test the waterpressureonly afterallowing theconnectiontosetfor24hours.
