Product Introduction

密封与防护：安装在钢板／伸缩式机床防护罩上，阻挡铁屑、冷却液、粉尘进入机床导轨内部，保护导轨精度。
刮屑与清洁：随着防护罩伸缩，刮除导轨表面残留的切屑和油污，防止刮伤导轨。
缓冲降噪：减少防护罩运行时的摩擦、撞击噪音，同时吸收振动，延长防护罩和导轨的使用寿命。
常见规格：会根据不同机床防护罩型号（如台湾标准、国标），有不同的截面尺寸、卡槽宽度，比如310、412等规格，也可根据客户需求定制异形截面。

排屑链板（普通型丨）（上平型Ⅱ） Chip conveyor board (ordinary type I) (upper flat type Il)

排屑链板分为多种，型号有(节距：31.75、38.1、50.8、63.5、101.6)宽度可根据用户要求制做。节距为31.75mm单排极限拉伸载荷 2 2 . 2 1 < N ，主要用于小型主机及短距离输送用。节距为38.1mm单排极限拉伸载荷31.8Kn,主要用于中小型短距离的输送。节距为50.8mm单排极限拉伸载荷56.7KN，节距为101.6mm单排极限拉伸载荷226.8KN，这两种型号结构更加牢固可靠，适用于大中型主机及生产线上的远距离输送。

排屑链板(普通型)销轴在链板中心，绞链上下凸出相同，排屑链板(上平型I)销轴在链的下侧成下凸上平面状可输送各种长卷切屑、团状、块状、铜、铝、不锈钢屑以及橡胶、尼龙等非金属材料。结构形式为新型的铰接多球面链板。强度高、配合精准、运行平稳、无噪音，均经耐磨及耐腐蚀处理。排屑链板材料可根据用户要求制做，不锈钢及冷轧钢板两种。

螺旋钢带防护罩-滚珠丝杠之保护神

Spiralstripshield-ball screwof the protectionofGod性能：螺旋钢带防护罩系我公司和意大利开发的一种新颖的机床功能部件，用于数控机床、加工中心等各类精密机床、液压、各个轴系、杠类及滚珠丝杠的防护。它不但具有防尘、防切屑、防冷却液等功能，而且能维护机床正常精度，延长机床使用寿命，增加美观。

结构特点：螺旋钢带防护罩采用优质弹簧钢带经热处理制造而成，对滚珠丝杠、轴、杆类零件实行保护。防护罩通过安装在被保护件二端的对中法兰，与被保护件实行无接触联接。该防护罩与对中法兰之间联接完全是依靠它本身的预压缩弹力而实现的，因此在工作中运行稳定、伸缩自如、噪音极低，其表面呈黑色光泽，与机床上大部分法兰件协调。

订货须知：螺旋钢带防护罩系根据滚珠丝杠、轴、杆类零件的直径，移动距离等参数而定制配套，所以订货时按下列方法进行：1、用户单位按我厂提供的标准规格选用。

2、用户单位提供防护罩D、Lmax、Lmin(特殊要求D2）(代号见图)，由我厂设计制造，价格统一按标准规格引出计算。3、除特殊情况尺寸有限制外，D2不作要求。

★排屑机 Chip Conveyor

·TSGP型系列提升刮板式排屑机，由于特定的结构，每片刮板均是独立工作的，将切屑沿机器底面刮送，当到达落屑区域时即与切屑分离。按结构尺寸分为（IⅡIIII）三种基本型，IⅡ型外形美观紧凑，适用于中小型主机；IⅢ型结构更加牢固可靠，适用于大中型主机及生产线上的远距离输送。

·TSGP型系列提升刮板式排屑机，输送速度选择范围大，工作效率高；有效排屑宽度多样化，可提供充足的选用范围；刮屑板的高度及分布间距可随机设计。

·刮板式排屑机主要用于断屑碎屑的输送。由于不受材质的限制，应用范围较广。

·TSLP型系列提升式链板排屑机，按结构尺寸分为（IⅡⅢ）三种基本类型，I型外形美观、紧凑适用于小型主机，ⅡⅢ型结构更加牢固可靠，适用于大中型主机及生产线上的远距离输送。
