Cut the pipe rectangularly with pipe cutters, and then make the pipe end befreefromburrs or cuttings debris. and 0.5{-}1.5\mathsf{mm} deep,andthencleantheburrs.

2 Round the pipe end with the reamer.

Put the compression nut onto the pipe, and then put the clamp 3. ringontotheposition 0.5{-}1.5\mathsf{mm} awayfrom thepipeend. Note:pay attention to the direction of the compression nut.

Insert the fitting into the pipe,tighten the compression nut with 4 the fiting body, if the hand tightening is insufficient, the spanners shouldbeused.

Bending the pipe

Bendingbybendingspring {\mathsf{d}}_{\mathsf{n}}{<=slant}32\mathsf{mm}
Insert the bending spring into the pipe and a little part of the spring should be left outside the pipe.Bend the pipe to the bending radius required. The bending radius should be over 5D. Do not bend the pipe repeatedly.
