The power load of manufacturing plants varies according to
the orders and production capacity, the power load is
complex, and the load curve is difficult to predict. The
energy storage system can adjust the charging and
discharging strategy in real time through intelligent
algorithms such as load forecasting. It can minimize capacity
costs while reduce electricity costs through peak-valley
differences.
Parks with high power quality requirements can smoothly
switch to distributed energy storage system through
on/off-grid mode to achieve current optimization, and
self-generation & self-use. When photovoltaic power
generation is carried out in remote areas, the energy storage
system can store additional power on demand for 24 hours
and get rid of the trouble of power failure.
The electricity expansion of the grid is generally the main
constraint of the construction of charging stations. By
deploying energy storage systems in charging stations to
achieve dynamic capacity expansion and meet the
instantaneous high-power charging demand, charging costs
can be further reduced through the incomes based on
peak-valley difference, and the return on investment of
charging stations can be significantly improved.
The commercial buildings feature obvious high and low
peaks of electrical load. The energy storage system saves
electricity cost by reducing the electrical capacity charge and
relying on the peak-valley difference, and meets the dual
requirements of low space and low energy consumption of
the energy storage system in modern buildings through the
characteristics of high energy density and flexible
deployment.

This product integrates core equipment such as battery system, PCS
system, BMS system, EMS system, temperature control system, electrical
distribution system, fire control system, etc., with the core advantages of
high security and high reliability.
The industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets adopt an
integrated-type cabinet design, which is easy to install, transport,
maintain, and support system expansion.
The industrial and commercial energy storage cabinets are divided into air
conditioning compartment, battery compartment and electrical
compartment, and such three compartments are separated. The air
conditioning compartment is located on the top of the cabinet and is
equipped with a liquid cooling unit. The battery compartment is below the
air conditioning compartment, and is equipped with 5 battery packs and
fire protection system. The electrical compartment is located at the bottom
of the cabinet and is equipped with an energy storage converter and a
distribution box.

temperature difference of the battery cell is controlled within 2°C, and the battery life is
extended by 20%;
High-quality brand battery, in line with IEC62619 and GB/T36276 certification requirements;
PACK level, and cabinet-level active perfluorohexanone fire fighting plus full-immersion water
fire fighting and multi-dimensional sensing intelligent software fire fighting system;
IP54 protection for the complete machine, and IP67 protection for the core components;
With LVRT and HVRT functions, efficient anti-islanding strategy, and high power grid
adaptability.
The maximum cycle efficiency of the system exceeds 91%, the auxiliary power consumption is
reduced by more than 30%, with zero parallel connection loss tolerance, PCS adopts three-level
topology structure, the conversion efficiency is as high as 98.5%, the discharge is about 4500
degrees a year, the battery life is extended, and the energy storage yield is increased by more
than 10%;
The linetoline is fully integrated vertically, and covers an area of only 1.3 m2, which is smaller
than that of conventional products by more than 30%.
