Weather fastness: good performance after 1,008 hours of artifical weathering tests; 5.Tensile strength: ≥ 200Mpa 安装说明 YCL 系列线夹为非承力型电力连接金具，不能用作承力金具；只能使用于导线的连接，跳线，“T”接及变压器引下线。线夹适用于电压等级： 380kV、10kV、35kV、110kV、220kV、可以铝 - 铝、铜 - 铜、铁 - 铁的连接。无须包铝包带。 1、确定型号：仔细核对导线与线夹上所标一致，如：CT-822 LGJ185-LJ120/95,LGJ 的连接。 2、确定大小线：因线夹在设计中考虑满足不同线径的配置，铰接块两边的内弧面有不同的尺寸，大弧面配合大导线；小弧面配合小导线。规定： 母线为大 ( 主 ) 线，把铰接块拿出，使其成拱状 ( 两铰块转成一定角度）。 3、放好导线和螺栓：把导线放入“C”件线槽中。根据大小线放入成弓形向外。从“C”件背面插入螺栓，是螺栓位于铰接块顶部的中间位， 用板手拧紧螺栓。 4、确认已经装好：在拧紧螺栓时，在最后几个螺牙应有显受力感，把铰线块压平，顶住“C”件即可。“C”件应有微微变形。 5、拆卸：松开螺栓，在铰接于“C”件间插入螺丝批，用力向上撬，使铰接块向上拱即可。 YCL type wire clip is a kind of non-bearing type power joint fitting, not used for bearing fitting.It can be used for the connection, wire jumer, t-switching and down-lead of transformer.Voltage class available for wirfe clip includes :380kV, 10kV,35kV,110kV and 220kV.It can be used for the connection of aluminum-aluminum,coper-coper,and iron-iron, without AI- clad or belting. 1. Confirm the model: carefully check the conformity of lead and wire clip ,such as,CT-822 LGJ185-LJ120/95, LGJ 95,which means the connection of LGJ185 to LJ(TJ)120 or LGJ185 to LJ(TT)95 or LGJ95. 2. Confirm master cable and string cable ,due to wire clip is considered to match different wire diameter in desing,the intrados at two sides of hinge joint has different dimension, of which the large one matches to master cable and the small one matched to string cable .It is stated that the bus line is master (principal) cable ,the common block is string (sub) cable, take out the hinged block and makes them arched (two hinged pieces turn into a certain angle). 3.Lay lead and bolt: lay the lead into \"C\" piece wire truck, outward in arc shape as per master cable Insert the bolt form the back of \"C\"piece,make the bolt locate in the interpositionof the top of hinge block, and then screw down the bolt by wrench. 4. Ensure that it has been mounted: when screw down the bolt, the last screw thread should be obviously under stress. Flatten stranded conductor block and hold \"C\" piece ,\"C\" piece may have slight distortion(as shown in Fig.5) 5.
