低压绕组采用铜箔和专用绝缘材料制成。在绕组加工以后线圈放入烘炉固化使之成为有极强抗短路能力的绕组。

在生产工艺中,浇注是一项基本工序,为了保证最佳的绝缘和机械性能应当有严格的过程控制。一方面,绕组放在预热炉中直到达到规定的浇注温度。另一方面,在连续工作的装置内准备树脂混合。只有在浇注之前,树脂的各种成份才被混合在一起。在这之后,预热好的绕组被移送到真空浇注室。一旦浇注室内的真空度达到规定值,树脂就被浇注到模具中。这样,在树脂被浇注到模型中去时,混合的树脂粘度非常低,可以填充细隙,从而达到最低的局部放电水平。在浇注完成以后,绕组经过固化达到最后的良好性能。

德通电力技术通过使用最严格的制造控制,保证了它的全部产品的可靠性。高压线圈在绕制以后和浇注之前,要经过重复脉冲测试。一旦确认没有问题,线圈就在真空下浇注。在浇注之后,测量局部放电的水平以确保高压绝缘系统中没有气隙或气泡存在。

IntroductionofAmorphousAlloyCore Dry-typeTransformer
铁心采用非晶合金材料制成,具有优秀的空载性能,采用三柱或五柱结构,以适合不同用户需要。
1.非晶铁心为矩形结构,因此高、低压绕组也均为矩形绕组,产品抗短路能力相对较差。我司采用了专利线圈结构,高、低压绕组均采用真空树脂浇注结构,线圈具有机械强度高、抗短路能力强、低局放等优点。产品更安全、难燃自熄、无污染,可直接运行于负荷中心。
