Luxecasting Machinery Co., Ltd. and Gasso Equipments S.A, a Spain century enterprise, establish a joint venture to manufacture composite hose in Gao ' an, China.

The automatic equipment are imported originally from Spain, also Spanish technicians and managerial personnel are employed to work in Gao'an, to ensure that technology and management are synchronized with that of Gasso,aswell asrawmaterialaresourced internationally to completely replace imported composite hoses.

Composite Hose

Composite hose is manufactured from multiple layers of thermoplastic fabrics & films that are spirally wrapped and supported by internal & external wire helices, and itisthecomponentsoffluidtransportation.

The multiple material layers make the structure of the hose firm, thus making it pressure-resistant. The high-grade material used to make composite hoses also providesgreatersafety,and it iswidelyused in industry area.

1. Internal Helical Wire:

According to the characteristics of the hose transferring medium, different materials are available for option: stainless steel wire, galvanized steel wire, aluminumalloywire(PP,PVDFcoveredsteelwire).

2.External Helical Wire

Galvanized steelwire,stainlesssteel wire,PP-coatedsteelwire.

3. High Resistance Inner Wire

The quality of the hose plays a key role in the chemical aggressiveness and chemical liquid barrier, according to the characteristics of different media to choose different functional materials.

4. Reinforcement Layer

It consists of a multi-layer functional polymer film and a synthetic fabric reinforcement layer, then spirallywrapped and supported by internal &external wire helices.

5. Anti-aging outer layer

Theouter layer ismade ofwater proof and abrasion-resistant PVC fabric, which is highly resistant to corrosive chemicals and hydrocarbons. Applicable temperaturefrom -200°C to +200°C , it is light, safe, tough, corrosion resistant, temperature resistant and weather resistant and other characteristics.

Composite Hose advantages

1.Light weight

It'sabout 50% lighter than the rubber hose with same specification, and about 30% lighter than the metal hose, eases o ffwork intensity, makes operation more convenient,improvesworkefficiency andsavescosts.

2.Good scalability, bending freely, not limited by working space

It's can work under a small radius of gyration, in its bending part, the hose inside always remains round, never happen folding, inner wall falling o ffand the hose body fracturing and other phenomena.

3.Good positive and negative pressure resistance performance
